Objective: This study aimed to investigate the current situation of fear of cancer recurrence and influencing factors that is related to lung cancer patients.Through further analysis of the influencing factors of social support and coping style,we would to clarify the relationship between the fear of cancer recurrence and social support and coping style of lung cancer patients.Methods: From January to October 2021,a total of 200 lung cancer patients hospitalized in The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University were included.The general data questionnaire,simplified Fear disease progression Scale,medical coping questionnaire and social support scale,and the influencing factors of fear of cancer recurrence in lung cancer patients were used for analysis.SPSS 21.0 software was performed for statistical analysis.Results: A total of 200 patients were included in this study,and the fear score of cancer recurrence in lung cancer patients was(39.63±8.58),of which 145 patients(72.50%)were ≥34.he total score of social support,subjective support,objective support and utilization of lung cancer patients was(41.30 ± 6.36)points,(25.55 ± 3.94)points,(9.26 ± 2.25)points and(6.49 ± 2.09)points.The results of multiple linear regression analysis demenstrated that family income and education level were independent factors affecting the scores of social support in lung cancer patients.The total score of coping style in lung cancer patients was(41.30±6.36)points,and the score of coping style was(16.63 ± 3.30)points,(16.86 ± 2.75)points,and(7.68 ±2.82)points.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that family income and symptom disturbance factors were independent influencing factors of social support score of lung cancer patients.Univariate analysis showed that education level,work status,family history of cancer,symptoms,personality tendencies and chronic disease were influencing factors of the fear of cancer recurrence in lung cancer patients.There were no significant differences in fertility status,family income,multiple pulmonary nodules and gender(P>0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that FCR was positively correlated with yield(r=0.448,P <0.001),face(r=0.224,P <0.001),but negatively correlated with avoidance(r=-0.139,P=0.049).Subjective score(r=-0.158,P=0.0256)was negatively correlated with FCR.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the factors influencing the fear of cancer recurrence in lung cancer patients included educational level(P <0.001),symptom disturbance(P =0.024),personality tendency(P <0.001),coping style(P =0.003)and subjective support(P =0.019),and the above factors were independent influencing factors of the fear of cancer recurrence in lung cancer patientsConclusion:In this study,the incidence of cancer recurrence fear in patients with lung cancer a was 72.50%.The fear of cancer recurrence in postoperative patients with lung cancer is influenced b y educational level,symptom disturbance,personality tendency,coping style and s ubjective support.The results of this study suggest that we should pay attention to the fear of cancer recurr ence in patients with lung cancer in clinical nursing work.Medical workers should pa y more attention to the psychological status of lung cancer patients with low edu cation level,improve patients’ awareness of the disease,take active coping styles,and help patients establish a social support system,in order to reduce the adv erse effects of fear of cancer recurrence and speed up the recovery process.
