Objective:This study through biological resistance KangFa(BIA)in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)of childbearing age were analyzed, and the preliminary discussion on the Mongolian and han patients with PCOS body composition of childbearing age, total body water, protein, skeletal muscle, body fat distribution and clinical characteristics, such as nutrition condition for early prevention for different populations and provide basis for intervention in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:In this study,Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis(BIA)method was used to study and analyze Mongolian and han PCOS of child-bearing age.PCOS group(Mongolian, han)and non-pcos group(Mongolian, han)were selected for the study, and the results were analyzed and processed by SPSS26.0.Results:1.There was no statistically significant difference between the mean age of the PCOS(28.05±3.40)group and that of the non-pcos(28.85±3.65)group,ranging from 20 to 35 years old.In the PCOS group, the average age of the Mongolian was 28.13±3.34 years, and that of the han was 27.97±3.53 years;in the non-pcos group, the average age of the Mongolian was 29.73±3.37 years, and the average age of the han was 27.97±3.77 years. There was no significant statistical significance between the mean ages of the Mongolian and the han in the PCOS,non-pcos groups(P>,0.05).2.The results of the study showed that the mean BMI of the PCOS(26.51±4.88)group and the non-pcos(23.15±3.9)group had a statistically significant P<0.05.In the PCOS group, there was no significant difference between the BMI of Mongolian(26.31±4.75)and han(26.72±5.10)(P=0.745,t=-0.327).There was no significant difference in BMI between the Mongolian(23.08±4.50)and the han(23.23±3.27)groups in the non-pcos group(P=0.881,t=-0.151).There was a significant difference in BMI between the PCOS(26.31±4.75)group and the non-pcos(23.08±4.50)group(P=0.009,t=2.702),P<0.05.There was a statistically significant difference between the BMI of PCOS patients of han nationality(26.72±5.10)and non-pcos patients of han nationality(23.23±3.27)(P=0.003,t=3.154)(P<0.05),indicating that there was no difference between different ethnic groups in PCOS patients. However, there were more obese patients in PCOS patients,so the BMI of PCOS patients was higher than that of non-pcos patients.3.The results of the study showed that there was no statistically significant difference between the total body water of the Mongolian(30.54±6.26)and the han(3 1.33±7.71)patients in the PCOS group(P=0.665,t=-0.435).In the non-pcos group, there was no significant difference in the total body moisture between the Mongolian(29.75±5.05)and the han(30.07±4.76)patients(P=0.806,t=-0.247),P>was 0.05.There was no significant difference between the total body water of patients in PCOS Mongolian(30.54±6.26)and non-pcos Mongolian(29.75±5.05)(P=0.596,t=0.553)(P>,0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the total body water of PCOS han patients(31.33±7.71)and non-pcos han patients(30.07±4.76)(P=0.450,t=0.761),P>0.05.In conclusion, the content of total body water in human components will not change due to race or disease,so there is no difference between the total body water of PCOS patients and non-pcos patients.4.The results of the study showed that the mean protein in the PCOS(8.12±1.78)group was statistically significant compared with that in the non-pcos(7.23±1.40)group(P<0.05).In the PCOS group, the comparison between the Mongolian(8.05± 1.67)and the han(8.19±1.91)proteins(P=0.320,t=2.193)was not statistically significant(P>,0.05).The comparison between the Mongolian(7.13±1.59)and han(7.33±1.20)proteins in the non-pcos group(P=0.579.t=-0.558)was not statistically significant(P>,0.05).There was a significant difference in the protein between the PCOS group(8.05±1.67)and the non-pcos group(7.13±1.59)(P=0.032,t=2.193),P<0.05.There was a statistical difference(P=0.043,t=0.006)between PCOS han(8.19±1.91)and non-pcos han(7.33±1.20)patients(P=0.043,t=0.006),P<0.05.To sum up,there are differences in protein content in human components, and there are differences between PCOS group and non-pcos group, which indicates that there is a correlation between protein and obesity patients.5.The results of the study showed that the mean body fat in the PCOS(26.08±10.23)group was statistically significant compared with the mean body fat in the non-pcos(20.39±8.74)group,P<0.05.In the PCOS group, there was no significant difference between the body fat of Mongolian(8.05± 1.67)and han(8.19± 1.91)(P=0.870,t=-0.164)(P>,0.05).There was no significant difference between the body fat of Mongolian(7.13±1.59)and han(7.33± 1.20)in the non-pcos group(P=0.607,t=-0.518)(P>,0.05).There was a significant difference in body fat between PCOS(8.05± 1.67)and non-pcos(7.13± 1.59)patients(P=0.016,t=2.481),P<0.05.There was a statistical difference(P=0.038,t=2.120)between body fat of PCOS han patients(8.19± 1.91)and non-pcos han patients(7.33±1.20)(P<0.05).In summary, body fat in human components is related to obesity, and PCOS patients are more obese, and the content of body fat will not vary according to race or region.6.The results of the study showed that there was no statistically significant difference between the mean skeletal muscle of the PCOS(23.80±3.75)group and the mean skeletal muscle of the non-pcos(22.05±3.23)group.There was no significant difference between the skeletal muscle of Mongolian patients(23.66±4.07)and han patients(22.01 ±3.33)in the PCOS group(P=0.617,t=-0.503).There was no significant difference between the skeletal muscle of Mongolian patients(23.92±3.52)and han patients(22.12±3.16)in the non-pcos group(P=0.868,t=-0.166).There was no significant difference between skeletal muscle of patients with PCOS(23.66±4.07)and those without PCOS(23.92±3.52)(P=0.091,t=1.720).There was no statistically significant difference between skeletal muscle of PCOS han patients(22.01 ±3.33)and non-pcos han patients(22.12±3.16)(P=0.042,t=2.083).In summary, skeletal muscle content in human components does not vary by disease, environment or race.7.The mean systolic blood pressure in the PCOS(122.53±10.65)group was significantly lower than that in the non-pcos(115.25± 12.36)group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the systolic blood pressure of Mongolian(87.87±10.04)and han(86.43±9.32)in the PCOS group(P=0.569,t=0.573).There was no significant difference between the systolic blood pressure of non-pcos Mongolian(80.97±9.48)and han(80.23±9.29)(P=0.763,t=0.303).There was a significant difference in systolic blood pressure between PCOS(87.87± 10.0)and non-pcos(80.97±9.48)(P=0.006,t=2.880).There was a statistical difference between the systolic blood pressure of PCOS han patients(86.43±9.32)and non-pcos han patients(80.23±9.29)(P=0.056,t=1.947).There is a correlation between pcos and blood pressure, and it is not affected by race, region or other factors.8.The comparison between the mean diastolic blood pressure in the PCOS(87.15±9.63)group and the mean diastolic blood pressure in the non-pcos(80.6019.31)group was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the systolic blood pressure of Mongolian(121.03±10.4)and han(124.03±10.78)in the PCOS group(P=0.279,t=-1.093).There was no significant difference between the Mongolian(114.33±12.72)and the han(115.83±12.39)diastolic blood pressure in the non-pcos group(P=0.718,t=-0.363).There was a significant difference in diastolic blood pressure between PCOS(121.03±10.45)and non-pcos(114.33±12.72)(P=0.03,t=2.226).There was a significant difference in diastolic blood pressure between PCOS han patients(124.03±10.78)and non-pcos han patients(115.83±12.39)(P=0.008,t=2.734).It indicates that pcos is related to blood pressure to some extent, and it will not be affected by race, region and other factors. Conclusion:Preliminary analysis and comparison by BIA PCOS(Mongolian, han)with and without PCOS(Mongolian, han)patient's age, blood pressure,BMI,body total moisture, protein, fat, skeletal muscle, such as effective difference between body composition, according to the different groups of patients with PCOS provide individualized programs, assessment of the nutritional status of patients and diseases of the prediction, prevention, diagnosis and treatment and intervention to provide effective basis.
