Objective: To compare the differences in endocrine and metabolic indexes between patients with normal body mass index and polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)and normal control groups with matching body mass index,in order to explore the factors that affect the incidence and progression of PCOS patients with normal body mass index. Methods: The blood glucose, insulin, blood lipid, sex hormone and other endocrine metabolism-related indicators of 40 normal PCOS patients with normal body mass index and 21 normal control groups with matched body mass index were examined in our hospital from April 2018 to October 2019..Result:(1)There was no significant difference in height, body weight,BMI,waist circumference,waist-hip ratio, fat percentage, visceral fat area, muscle content, and fat content between the normal body mass index PCOS group and the normal control group(P> 0.05).(2)TSH,FPG,60 minPBG,120minPBG,180 minPBG,0minINS,60 minINS,120minINS,180 minINS,HOMA-IR,LH,LH / FSH,and T were higher in the normal PCOS group than in the normal control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).There was no difference in serum dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate levels between the two groups(P> 0.05),and there was no significant difference in blood lipid levels(P> 0.05).(3)Among all the research subjects, multiple stepwise regression analysis was performed with FAI as the dependent variable and hs-CRP,AMH,HOMA-IR,and LH / FSH as independent variables. The results showed that AMH and HOMA-IR entered the regression equation(Y =-0.745 + 0.383 × AMH + 4.777 ×HOMA-IR),and the determination coefficient R2 = 0.693.The absolute value of HOMA-IR standardized partial regression coefficient(0.819)is greater than the absolute value of AMH standardized partial regression coefficient(0.342).(4)HOMA-IR was positively correlated with FAI and T(P <0.05).In PCOS patients with normal body mass index, serum HOMA-IR was positively correlated with FAI(P <0.05).(5)Compared with the normal control group,in patients with normal PCOS,the INS increased significantly at 0min,60 min,120min,and 180min(P <0.05).Especially at 120 min and180min INS levels after glucose load, the difference between the two groups was moresignificant(P = 0.004;P = 0.003).Conclusion:(1)Compared with healthy people with body mass index matching, abdominal fat accumulation in PCOS patients is not obvious;PCOS patients are more likely to have abnormal glucose metabolism and sex hormone levels;PCOS patients have a more pronounced increase in glucose load at 120 minutes, suggesting that the decline in muscle glucose utilization may be due An early feature of the patient.(2)Insulin resistance is one of the most important risk factors for hyperandrogenism in normal-weight PCOS patients, and it has important significance for the occurrence and progression of PCOS.
