Clinical Research Of Electroacupuncture Combined With Auricular-plaster Therapy On Obese With Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Based On Body Composition Analyzer

Purpose:This study is about the clinical curative effect and function mechanism of obese polycystic ovary syndrome by electroacupunture combined with laser treatment.To provide reference for the treatment of obese women with polycystic ovary syndrome by electroacupuncture combined with laser therapy in the future.Method:60 cases according to inclusion criteria of obese women with polycystic ovary syndrome are randomly divided into electroacupunture group,electroacupunture combined with ear group.After three months of treatment,through observing and comparing before and after treatment in patients with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) symptom scores, menstrual cycle,weight, body mass index(BMI),weight loss,luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone,,fasting plasma glucose(FPG),we can konw the diffence between the two groups.Results:A total of 60 patients met the inclusion criteria,2 cases were collected, and the other 58 patients were included in the results.Before treatment, there was no statistical difference between the two groups in terms of the observed indexes, and there were comparability between the two groups.(1) Change of TCM symptom scores:The two groups after the treatment of TCM symptom scores were significantly decreased, there were significant differences (P<0.01).After treatment, the two groups were compared, the score of TCM symptoms of electroacupunture combined with laser group was lower than that of the electroacupuncture group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).And after treatment,The efficiency of electroacupunture combined with laser group and electroacupuncture group were 86.67% and 78.57%, respectively.electroacupunture combined with laser group in improving the efficacy of TCM is better than the simple electroacupuncture group (P<0.05).(2) Change of menstrual cycle:After treatment, the menstrual cycle of the two groups were significantly shorter (P<0.01).Compared with the two groups after treatment, the menstrual cycle of electroacupunture combined with laser group was shorter than that of the electroacupuncture group (P<0.05)(3) Change of weights BMI and weight loss:After treatment, the weight and BMI、 FAT%、WHR of the two groups were significantly decreased, the difference was statistic ally significant (P<0.05).After treatment, the decreases of fat in the abdominal and the limbs fat in electro-acupunture combined with ear group’s was higher than that of electro-acupuncture group (P<0.05)Conclusion:(1) Electro-acupuncture and electro-acupuncture combined with ear are effective methods for the treatment of PCOS;(2) Electro-acupuncture combined with ear therapy in adjusting the menstrual cycle of obese PCOS patients, improving the symptoms of TCM symptom and loss weight levels are better than the Electroacupuncture group;(3)Effects of electro-acupuncture combined with eartherapy for obesity PCOS are exactly, and the operation is simple and convenient.It’s worthy of further popularization and application in clinic.
