Objective:Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a common endocrine disease in women of childbearing age.A series of pathophysiological characteristics such as ovulation dysfunction, sex hormone disorders, insulin resistance, and lipid disorders make PCOS a common infertility in women. For one reason,a large number of studies have shown that even if women with PCOS successfully conceived by assisted reproduction methods such as regulating menstruation, ovulation promotion, and embryo transfer, their abortion rate is still higher than that of women without PCOS.A retrospective analysis method is used to find the differences between general situation and related laboratory tests of women who have had a miscarriage after pregnancy and those who have successfully delivered PCOS,and to reduce the risk of miscarriage.Methods:(1)The data of 32 women with miscarriage who were admitted to our hospital from 2014 to 2020 were taken as the observation group, and the data of 42 women with PCOS who successfully delivered were taken as the control group. The general conditions, basic sex hormone levels, blood glucose, blood lipid and blood routine of the patients in the two groups were collected.(2)SPSS24.0 statistical software was used for the analysis. And use P-P graphs to test the normality of the two groups of data, normal data data were expressed as meanąstandard deviation(?ąs),non-normal data were expressed as quartiles. And the comparison of the mean between the two groups used independent samples Test or Mann-Whitney nonparametric test,P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used for risk analysis, and P<0.05 was considered to be statistically significant. The critical value is judged by using ROC curve analysis and Youden Index. Results:The levels of BMI,T,fasting blood glucose, fasting insulin,HOMA-IR,Hb and UA in the tobservation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Using binary Logistic regression analysis,BMI and T were found to be independent risk factors for miscarriage after pregnancy with statistical significance(P<0.05).Using the ROC curve analysis and the Youden Index, the critical value of BMI before pregnancy related to women with PCOS amiscarriage was 24.94 kg/m~2(sensitivity 0.938,specificity 0.595),and the critical value of androgen was 0.765 ng/ml(sensitive Degree is 0.563,specificity is 0.857).Conclusion:PCOS women with miscarriage was associated with pre-pregnancy BMI,androgen levels and insulin resistance,PCOS women who prepare to be pregnant need to lose weight, improve insulin resistance, and regulate androgen disorders in order to reduce the risk of miscarriage.
