Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the cuddling method combined with conventional massage manipulation in the treatment of pediatric constipation(milk food stagnation type),and to evaluate the effectiveness and recurrence rate of the method. Methods:Sixty patients with functional constipation who met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were randomly selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases were observed. The observation group was given the method of holding the belly and the conventional massage method, and the control group was given the conventional massage method for treatment. The two groups were treated with continuous treatment for 6 days as a course of treatment for a total of 2 courses. The changes of TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment and the recurrence of cured children after 1 month of treatment were observed. The curative effect of the two groups was evaluated.Result:1.The total scores and the scores of each symptom before and after treatment in the observation group and the control group showed significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that the observation group and the control group were effective in treating constipation(milk food stagnation type).2.Comparison of curative effect between observation group and control group:The total effective rate was 93.1%in the observation group and 89.3%in the control group.Compared with the curative effect of TCM,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.6%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 8 9.3%.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical comprehensive effect and the TCM symptom observation group were superior to the control group·3.The total score of TCM syndrome and the symptoms of defecation in the main symptom of TCM syndrome, the quality of the stool, the pain of abdominal distension in the secondary disease, the diet, the heart and the heart, the upset, the redness of the red tongue, the test observation group and The difference in the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The test results showed that the observation group was superior to the control group. The improvement of sleep discomfort and urinary short-yellow scores in the secondary disease during the interval of defecation, the test observation group and There was no significant difference in the control group(P>0.05).The results showed that the observation group and the control group were equally effective.4.One month after the end of the observation, the observation group and the control group were compared for the recurrence of the cured children. The recurrence rate of the observation group was 12.5%,and the recurrence rate of the control group was 60.0%.The difference was statistically significant after the test(P<0.05),the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.The effect of the combination of the belly and the conventional massage on the treatment of constipation in children is more significant.2.The method of combining the belly and the conventional massage method in improving the main symptoms of constipation in children(the degree of difficulty in defecation and the quality of the stool),the secondary symptoms(abdominal pain, not thinking about diet, heart and heart heat, upset, red tongue and thick yellow coating)Better than conventional tuina3.The concept of recurrence of constipation in children with low-intensity combined with conventional massage techniques.
