| Objective:to observe the clinical study of Mongolian medicine three-dimensional ridge manipulation in the treatment of hu zhu nai ha’s hu ying disease,to provide clinical data for the clinical study of traditional Mongolian medicine,and to provide scientific basis for the future study of traditional Mongolian medicine.Methods:during the period from December 2018 to December 2019,60 cases of outpatient,inpatient and inpatient patients were diagnosed as "hu zhu na ha ri hu ying disease" in the traditional therapy department of affiliated hospital of Inner Mongolia university for nationalities.Overall design:randomized into 2 groups:treatment group and control group.There were 30 patients in each group.The duration of treatment is 14 days for one treatment course.In the treatment group,three-dimensional ridge manipulation was added on the basis of push and pull manipulation.The control group simply used push and take.Observation of symptoms before and after treatment,data entry on the record form,statistical analysis.Results:to compare the hu Zhu Naiha day Hu Ying total effective rate of disease:clinical symptoms in treatment group recovered 8 cases(26.66%),15 cases were markedly improved(50%),effective 6 cases(20%),invalid in 1 case(3.33%),the total effective rate was 96.66%,the control group in clinical symptoms recovered in 4 cases(13.33%),7 cases(23.33%),effective in 16 cases(53.33%),invalid in 3 patients(10%),the total effective rate was 90%.The clinical efficacy of both groups was good,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group.There was a significant difference in VAS score between the two groups after treatment and before and after treatment(P<0.05)Conclusion:hu zhu nai ha day hu ying disease is a common clinical disease and affects the quality of life of the patients.1.Mongolian doctors believe that the treatment effect of Mongolian medicine tui and tui combined with Mongolian medicine three-dimensional ridge treatment is better than the simple tui and tui of Mongolian medicine,with no side effects,simple operation,clean price and other characteristics,and easy to be popularized and applied.2.Mongolian medicine three-dimensional ridge manipulation can correct the combination of anatomical position and internal energy of transformation system,repair the tendon,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,slow down the clinical symptoms of patients with hu zhu nai ha’s disease,and reduce the psychological burden on the patients and their families.3.Mongolian medicine three-dimensional ridge manipulation for the treatment of hu zhu nai ha rihu ying disease,clinical efficacy is significant. |
