Objective:To provide reference data for the therapeutic effect of Mongolian Medicine Zhugang-25 on pulmonary fever.Methods:1.The subjects were 70 patients admitted to the department of Mongolian medicine respiratory, affiliated hospital of Inner Mongolia university for nationalities in accordance with lung heat syndrome.sputum culture and drug sensitivity test from 11,2018 to 11,2019.2.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group 35 cases.①The control group was given levofloxacin sodium chloride injection 0.5g,intravenous drip administration, once a day,250ml treatment each time.② The experimental group was given levofloxacin sodium chloride 0.5g+Mongolian medicine Zhugang-25,3g,orally after lunch.3.The full course of treatment is 7 days.①Evaluate the general situation and the patient’s 1.3.7 days of Mongolian medical symptoms change, infection indicators change, fever time.② Evaluate 1.7 days of X-ray absorption and changes in safety indicators.Results:1.Curat ive ef fect of Mongolian syndrome:The total effective rate in the experimental gro up was 94.12%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 85.29%.There were statistical significance between two groups Z=6.869,(P=0.032<0.05).2.Comparison of antipyretic t.ime:the total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.06%,the total effective rate of the control group was 94.12%,the experimental group was 1.06 ±0.568d after treatment, and the control group was 1.41 ±0.757d,with stat istical significance(P<0.05).3.Changes in infection indicators:there was no significant difference in white blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil percentage(NEUT%),lymphocyte percentage(LYMPH%),c-reactive protein(CRP),PCT and other indicators between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).4.X-ray changes:the total effective rate of the experimental group was 76.4%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 67.65%,which was not statistically significant(P>0.05).5.Clinical efficacy before and after treatment:The experimental group was cured 16(47.06%),markedly effective 16(47.06),ineffective 2(5.88%),the total effective rate was 94.12%.The control group was cured 6(17.65%),markedly effective 24(70.59),invalid 4(11.76%),the total effective rate of the control gr oup was 88.24%.It has statistical significance Z=6.812,(P=0.033<0.05).6.Safety indicators:no significant changes:i n liver function, kidney function, urine routi ne,and electrocardiogram before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.According to 70 patients with pulmonary fever regardless of gender, there are more patients aged 15-65 years old, rural laborers, more sick people in spring and autumn.2.The use of Mongolian meicine Zhugang-25 in the treatment of pulmonary fever has a significant clinical effect, not only can significantly improve the symptoms of Mongolian medicine, but also make the temperature of fever patients return to normal more quickly.3.The use of Mongolian medicine Zhugang-25 in the treatment of pulmonary fever increased the index of infection to return to normal quickly and also accelerated chest X-ray absorption.4.The basic treatment of Mongolian medicine combined with western medicine is safe in terms of total disease efficiency, and it can be used for clinical treatment of pulmonar y fever in the future.
