The Casework Intervention Study On Maternal Anxiety Relief

In the current medical system and social background,people pay more attention to the physical health of the mother and the newborn,and often ignore the mother's psychological condition.As the mother and her family do not understand the psychological changes of the postpartum,it is not easy to detect and pay attention to the anxiety of the mother.Some families neglect and care for the mother,which makes the mother's anxiety unresolved and worsens This has caused anxiety among the mothers and even caused more serious problems to the mothers and their families.Therefore,the research on maternal anxiety should be strengthened,and timely and accurate intervention measures should be taken to intervene in the problem of maternal anxiety,so that the maternal anxiety can be relieved in time,and its negative impact can be effectively reduced.This article conducts a case study of maternal anxiety,and attempts to take effective interventions through case work methods to alleviate maternal anxiety.First,by consulting relevant literature,on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the maternal anxiety and related research,using participatory observation methods,questionnaire survey methods,interview methods,with the help of anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS)Measure the state of maternal anxiety and analyze the causes of maternal anxiety problems.Secondly,through the case work method of social work,with the help of the dominant perspective theory,social support theory,ecosystem theory and other professional theories,to explore and try to alleviate the maternal anxiety problem intervention program,which fully reflects Use of social work professional values and method skills.Through research,it is found that casework intervention can effectively relieve the anxiety of women.However,while making full use of social work to intervene,the relief of anxiety of women also requires the mother herself,her family and the hospital,The relevant government departments and other areas work together to pay attention to the psychological status of women and promote their mental health.
