| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of traditional western medicine in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease with pulmonary and kidney qi deficiency in remission stage by adding yifei decoction.Methods:60 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease in remission with pulmonary and kidney qi deficiency were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Both groups received conventional western medicine treatment for 28 days,and the treatment group received yifei decoction(1 dose/day).Changes in the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs,the curative effect of TCM symptoms,cardiac function,Sp O2 and BNP were observed in the two groups before and after treatment.Result:The treatment group and the control group had certain curative effect on chronic pulmonary heart disease.Compared with the control group,the treatment gr oup had advantages in the efficacy of TCM syndromes,heart function,Sp O2(P <0.05).Conclusion:Yifei decoction is safe and effective in clinical trials and can impro ve the clinical symptoms of patients with pulmonary and kidney qi deficiency in re mission stage of chronic pulmonary heart disease. |
