Clinical Study Of Acupoint Application On CKD3-4 Depression

Objective:To observe and study the clinical efficacy of acupoint application in the treatment of depression in CKD3-4 stage of qi deficiency and its effect on related examination indexes,and then to explore the regulating mechanism of acupoint application on qi deficiency constitution in CKD3-4 stage,and to observe the changes of depression score of qi deficiency constitution in CKD3-4 stage before and after physical adjustment.Objective,comprehensive and scientific evaluation of the clinical efficacy of acupoint application in the treatment of depression in CKD3-4 stage of qi deficiency,and to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of depression in CKD3-4 phase of qi deficiency.Methods:74 patients with depression in CKD3-4 stage of qi deficiency were randomly divided into treatment group(n=37)and control group(n=37).Both groups were treated with single blind method and the course of treatment was 12 weeks.In order to clarify the clinical effect of acupoint application on depression in CKD3-4 stage of qi deficiency,the depression score,qi deficiency constitution transformation score,syndrome score and laboratory indexes(SCR,GFR,UA,BUN,24hU-pro,etc.)of the two groups before and after treatment were recorded and statistically analyzed.Results:1.74 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=37)and control group(n=37).In the course of the project,2 cases were excluded in the control group,2 cases in the treatment group,3 cases in the control group and 2 cases in the treatment group because of poor compliance.One patient voluntarily withdrew from the experiment.A total of 64 cases were studied,32 cases in each group.2.Comparison of the total effective rate:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.63%,and that of the control group was 87.50%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).3.The glomerular filtration rate,blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,uric acid and urinary protein in the control group after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).The scores of qi deficiency,clinical syndrome and depression after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).4.The glomerular filtration rate,blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,uric acid and urinary protein in the treatment group after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).The scores of qi deficiency,clinical syndrome and depression after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05),5.After treatment,the two groups were compared in the improvement of TCM clinical syndrome score,qi deficiency and quality transformation score,depression score,SCR,GFR,24hU-pro and other aspects.The treatment effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.There was no significant difference in other indexes(P>0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application has obvious clinical effect in the treatment of depression in CKD3-4 stage of qi deficiency.The treatment group is superior to the control group in improving serum creatinine,urinary protein,glomerular filtration rate,TCM clinical syndrome score,qi deficiency quality transformation score and depression score,indicating that acupoint application therapy can improve the overall effect of depression in qi deficiency phase CKD3-4.It can obviously improve the TCM clinical symptoms of patients,and it is safe to use and easy to operate,so it is worth popularizing and using in clinic.
