Observation Of The Clinical Effect Of Shugan Jianpi Decoction Combined With Acupoint Application On Constipation Of Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency

Purpose:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of shugan jianpi decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of liver depression and spleen deficiency constipation through the improvement of syndromes and symptoms.Material and method:Selected 48 cases meet the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria to change type constipation patients,to the liver spleen and party(15 g angelica,salvia miltiorrhiza 15 g,frankincense,10 g,10 g of myrrh,gentian 15 g,15 g of cape jasmine fruit,radix scutellariae,10 g,radix bupleuri,10 g,15 g,rhizoma anemarrhenae,poria cocos,15 g atractylodes 15 g,licorice root,10 g)combined with acupoint sticking(30 g of purge stick: rhubarb,natrii powder 30 g,rehmannia 30 g,angelica 30 g,acid-insoluble ash,30 g,15 g dried tangerine or orange peel,combination of 15 g,betel nut 15 g,15 g,peach kernel,safflower,15 g;Find: double day pivot and double ventral knot,CV 8,guan yuan)for hospital treatment,observation of patients after a period of treatment(14 days),the difficulty of defecation,defecation time interval,the defecation time used,dung,mass transfer,whether there is a different feeling,flatulence,abdominal pain,depression,anxiety,full breast bilges full,eat less,mental fatigue and body weight,belching and pulse condition condition change on symptoms,tongue coating and record the effect of integral,using SPSS 22.0 statistical software for analysis.Results:Forty-eight patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency constipation were selected.On the 14 th day of hospitalization,1 case was cured,31 cases showed significant effect,15 cases were effective,and 1 case was ineffective.The total effective rate was up to97.92%.The treatment has a certain effect on each single symptom.Conclusion:Shugan jianpi prescription combined with acupoint application for the treatment of liver depression and spleen deficiency constipation has a clear clinical effect on the symptoms of defecation exertion,defecation interval,defecation duration,fecal matter,fecal insufficiency,abdominal distension and fullness,abdominal pain,irritability and depression,chest distension and fullness,appetite reduction,mental fatigue,limb tiredness and belching.
