Observation On The Curative Effect Of Siteng-moshao Powder In The Treatment Of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy (Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective: For the patients with blood stasis syndrome of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,on the basis of comprehensive treatment by western medicine,Siteng-Moshao powder were washed outside to observe the curative effect,so as to guide the future clinical treatment.Methods: A randomized controlled trial was conducted to randomly assign 72 diabetic peripheral neuropathy subjects with blood stasis syndrome to the treatment group and the control group in a ratio of 1:1.The study period was one month.Observation of diabetic peripheral neuropathy and blood stasis syndrome in treatment group and control group before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms,MNSI integral,lower limb VPT score,fasting blood glucose,blood sugar two hours after meal,the change of glycosylated hemoglobin,and USES the SPSS 22.0 statistical software for statistical data analysis,comprehensive evaluation with Siteng-Moshao powder spread outside wash the curative effect of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in patients with blood stasis.Results: 1.The results of this study showed that after one month of treatment,the symptoms of limb numbness and limb pain in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment.2.After one month of treatment,there were no significant changes in FBG,PBG and Hb A1C% between the treatment group and the control group, indicating that the loose outer washing of the Siteng-Moshao powder did not have an obvious hypoglycemic effect.Therefore,the results of this study suggest that the improvement of peripheral neuropathy symptoms of diabetes with Siteng-Moshao powder is independent of the hypoglycemic effect.3.The results of this study showed that after one month of treatment,the MNSI score of the treatment group was obviously lower than the MNSI score of the control group.So,the MNSI score of DNP patients with blood stasis syndrome can be significantly improved by external application of Siteng-Moshao powder.4.After one month of treatment,the patients in the treatment group and the control group had a decrease in VPT compared with those before treatment,and the VPT of the patients in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.Therefore,external treatment with Siteng-Moshao powder could significantly improve the vibration sensory threshold of patients with DNP blood stasis syndrome.5.In the course of this study,the patients' blood routine,urine routine,liver and kidney function,electrocardiogram and other safety indicators were tested,and no adverse reactions were found.Conclusion: After one month of clinical study,the results showed that SitengMoshao powder had certain efficacy in patients with blood stasis syndrome of peripheral neuropathy of diabetes,and could improve the symptoms of the patients,significantly reduce the MNSI score,and significantly improve the VPT score of both lower limbs.However,in terms of its lowering of glycosylated hemoglobin,Siteng-Moshao powder had no obvious effect,indicating that the modified prescription was independent of hypoglycemic therapy in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.During the clinical study,blood routine,urine routine,liver function,kidney function and electrocardiogram of the patients were in the normal range.The clinical safety of this prescription is relatively high,which is worthy of further research and promotion.
