Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Jiangtang Huoluo Pills In The Treatment Of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective: his study of deficiency of Qi and Yin with blood stasis type diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients as observation object,respectively in conventional treatment combined with Jiangtang Huoluo pill with conventional treatment combined with Mecobalamin as a treatment,to observe the clinical curative effect of Jiangtang Huoluo pill in the treatment of deficiency of Qi and Yin with blood stasis type diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods: 50 patients with DPN were selected and divided into two groups randomly.The control group received the control diet,regular exercise,balance blood sugar,blood pressure,lipid-lowering therapy.,the treatment group in the conventional treatment based on the use of Jiangtang Huoluo pill 9g(3 times /day),the control group on the basis of conventional treatment combined with Mecobalamin 0.5mg(3 times / day),4 weeks is a course of treatment.After a course of treatment,the effect was observed.Before treatment and after treatment,Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes score,TCSS(Toronto clinical scoring system)score and nerve conduction velocity(nerve conduction velocity,NCV)were recorded respectively,to analyse the effect of Jiangtang Huoluo pill in the treatment of deficiency of Qi and Yin with blood stasis type diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Result:1.The total efficacy of TCM syndromes of the two groups were compared.The results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 64%,P < 0.05.The results showed that the treatment group had better curative effect in improving TCM syndromes than the control group.2.Compared the two groups of patients with TCSS score,the results showed that:the reduction of TCSS in the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).3.Compared the nerve conduction velocity of the two groups,and the improvement of the nerve conduction velocity in the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).4.During the test,there was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups.Conclusion: Jiangtang Huoluo pills can improve TCM clinical symptoms,reduce TCSS score and improve nerve conduction velocity,and has no obvious toxic and side effects.
