| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Add and Subtract I mmortal Formula Life-Giving Beverage combined with Fire Needle in the treatment of acne with Heat-toxin Stagnation SyndromeMethods: A total of 72 patients were included in this clinical study,and they were randomly divided into two groups according to the method of random number table:treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group.1.Treatment plan: the treatment group was treated with Add and Subtract Immortal Formula Life-Giving Beverage combined with Fire Needle,the control group was treated with isotretinoin soft capsule,and the two groups were treated with external application of fuxidi acid cream.2.Four weeks is a course of treatment,a total of two courses,before and after treatment 2 weeks,4 weeks,6 weeks,8 weeks were recorded in patients with skin lesions score,TCM syndrome score,after the end of the course of clinical efficacy evaluation.Adverse reactions were recorded and the number of relapses was counted.SPSS 23.0 was used to analyze the data of the two groups.Results:1.Among the 72 patients selected,there were 2 cases in the treatment group and 3cases in the control group,and 67 cases were finally completed.There was no significant difference between the two groups in gender,age,course of disease,skin lesion score before treatment and TCM syndrome score(P > 0.05).2.After the treatment,the scores of skin lesions in the two groups were significantly lower than that before the treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.001).3.After the treatment,the score of TCM symptoms in the two groups was significantly lower than that before the treatment,and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.001).4.After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05);after 6 weeks of treatment,there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P > 0.05);after8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 91.18% and 72.72% respectively,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).5.The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group and the control group were 14.70% and 51.51% respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).6.After 2 months follow-up,4 cases recurred in the treatment group and 9 cases recurred in the control group.(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of Add and Subtract Immortal Formula Life-Givin g Beverage combined with Fire Needle on acne with Heat-toxin Stagnation Syndrome is d efinite.Compared with isotretinoin soft capsule,it has the advantages of quick onse t,small adverse reactions and low recurrence rate. |
