Research On The Factors Affecting The Severity Of Heat-toxic Acne And The Treatment Experience Of Professor Zhang Yi

Objective:The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of diet,sleep and other daily habits on the severity of acne vulgaris with heat and toxin accumulation,as well as the tutor's experience in treating this syndrome with chinese medicinal based on the theory of "fire stagnation requiring dissipation".Material and method:About the study on affect factors of severity,the subjects were131 acne patients with heat and toxin accumulation who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in the dermatology clinic of the Liaoning hospital of TCM between September 2017 and May 2019.Their general information,characteristics of daily habits and severity were recorded and collected by inquiry.Spearman Rank Correlation was used to analyze the correlation of single factors and Multivariate Logistic Regression was used to analyze the correlation of multiple factors.About the study on the tutor's treatment experience,the tutor's understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of acne vulgaris with heat and toxin accumulation,as well as the formulation of TCM formulas were elaborated by searched for relevant theories and analyzed the tutor's diagnosis and treatment ideas.Results:1.Acne vulgaris with heat and toxin accumulation occurs more frequently in adolescent males and more frequently in females after puberty.Most of them are between the ages of 15 and 35,and very few of them are under 15 and over 35.2.In the single-factor correlation analysis,the P value of staying up late,drinking alcohol or coffee,liking spicy,greasy and sweet food,and exercise was <0.05,while in the multi-factor correlation analysis,the P value of liking spicy,greasy and sweet food,and exercise was<0.05.3.The tutor thought that the acne vulgaris with heat and toxin accumulation was caused by stagnation of heat and local blood coagulation.Therefore,according to the theory of "firestagnation requiring dissipation",he established the method of "clearing heat and cooling blood,raising yang and eliminating stagnation",and drew up the traditional chinese medicine to treat this syndrome.In the prescription,shuanghua and forsythia are the monarchs,which are combined with peppermint to clear and disperse;the official medicine scutellaria,beidougen,raw gypsum,anemarrhena are used to clear away heat,moisten dryness and not hurt yin;sanguisorba,danpi,red peony,shengdi,huhuanglian are used to cool blood and activate blood,clear heat and benefit yin;the adjuvant ligustrum lucidum is used to nourish yin liquid,zedoary curcuma is used to activate qi and blood,baizhu and liquorice are used to protect spleen and stomach;the herbs chaihu and huangqi are used to promote yang and disperse depression,and publicize stagnant fire play the meaning of "fire stagnation requiring dissipation".At the same time of drug treatment,pay attention to daily care,clinical effect is considerable.Conclusions:1.Diet and exercise were the main factors influencing the severity of 131 cases of acne vulgaris with heat and toxin accumulation in this study.2.The key to the pathogenesis of acne vulgaris with heat and toxin accumulation is the stagnation of heat.According to the theory of "fire stagnation requiring dissipation",the method of "clearing heat and cooling blood,raising yang and eliminating stagnation" was established,and the curative effect of self-made Chinese medicine prescription was definite.3.The characteristics of the self-designed chinese medicine prescription are as follows: to guide according to the situation,to clear and evacuate,to treat both pathogenic factors,to activate qi and blood,to nourish yin and protect stomach,and stop if the disease has gone.4.The occurrence and development of the disease are closely related to daily habits.In addition to routine treatment,daily care should be paid attention to,especially " Regular diet,Regular daily life".
