Study On TCM Syndrome Type,physical And Related Influencing Factors Of Thin Endometrium

Objective:To study and analyze the distribution of TCM syndromes,constitution and related influencing factors in patients with thin endometrium,and to explore the relationship between syndromes,constitution and related influencing factors,it can provide theoretical basis for syndrome differentiation and treatment of thin endometrium.Methods:Patients meeting the inclusion criteria for thin endometrium filled in the general information questionnaire,the four diagnosis information questionnaire of TCM syndromes,and the TCM constitution classification and determination table(see the attached table for details).All the collected contents were analyzed,and the TCM syndrome,constitution and related influencing factors of thin endometrium were studied by statistical method.Results:1?The TCM syndromes of 145 patients with thin endometrium were divided into four categories,including 56 cases(38.62%)of kidney deficiency and blood stasis,42 cases(28.97%)of spleen and kidney deficiency,28 cases(19.31%)of liver stagnation and qi stagnation,and 19 cases(13.10%)of phlegm and dampness block.2?145 patients with endometrial thin body is given priority to with partial qualitative,and existence and constitution,Yang deficiency of 39 cases(26.90%),deficiency of 33 patients(22.76%),qi depression 26 cases(17.93%),blood stasis 14cases(9.66%),phlegmy wet mass in 12 cases(8.28%),hot and 8 cases(5.52%),and 7cases(4.83%),Yin deficiency in 5 patients(3.45%),especially the great mass in 1case(0.69%).3? TCM syndrome type and physique were statistically significant in thedistribution of age,body mass index operation history was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no statistical significance in the distribution of education level,occupation,menarche age(P >0.05).Syndrome type also had statistical significance in the distribution of physique(P <0.05).Conclusion:1?Kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome is the most common type of TCM syndrome in patients with thin endometrium,followed by deficiency of spleen and kidney,stagnation of liver qi and stagnation of phlegm and dampness2?The constitution of patients with thin endometrium is mainly biased constitution,mainly Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency and Qi stagnation3?TCM syndrome type,constitution and age,body mass index,and history of uterine cavity operation are correlated.4?There is a close relationship between TCM syndrome type and constitution.Kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome are mostly seen in Yang deficiency,qi deficiency and blood stasis,spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome are mostly seen in Yang deficiency,phlegm-dampness retardation syndrome is mostly seen in phlegm-dampness and qi deficiency,and liver stagnation syndrome is mostly seen in qi stagnation.
