The Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Thin Endometrium By Bu Shen Tiao Chong Tang

Objective:Observe BuShenTiaoChongTang in the treatment of thin endometrium kidney Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in patients with clinical curative effect,and discusses its mechanism,for clinical provides some ideas and methods,and also provide a safe and effective for clinical more choice.Methods:According to the random number table,the 60 patients who met the standard were divided into western medicine group and Chinese medicine group,each group had 30 cases.The western medicine group was given oral valerate estradiol tablets and progestin capsules,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated by oral BuShenTiaoChongTang.After the treatment of 3 menstrual cycles,observed their clinical pregnancy,and observed the endometrial thickness,menstrual blood volume and TCM syndrome differentiation of two groups of unpregnant patients.At the same time,the pregnancy status of two groups of patients and the menstrual volume of unpregnant patients were observed after 3 months of withdrawal.Results:(1)3 months of treatment and drug withdrawal pregnancy rate has increased in both groups,explain BuShenTiaoChongTang and pentanoic acid estradiol with progesterone therapy for the thin endometrium patients' clinical pregnancy rate was pretty,but the total clinical pregnancy rate of traditional Chinese medicine group was higher then western medicine group,indicate BuShenTiaoChongTang can improve clinical pregnancy rate compared with western medicine.(2)After treatment,the endometrial thickness of unpregnant patients was significantly increased,explain the therapy of two groups can significantly increase endometrial thicknessand the curative effect.(3)The score of the unpregnant patients were significantly increased compared with that before treatment,indicated that the therapy of two groups can significantly increase the menstrual blood volume of patients with thin endometrium,and the effect is comparable.After 3 months of drug withdrawal,there was significant improvement in the number of patients with ungestation in the western medicine group compared with that before treatment,but not as well as after treatment,and the curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine group is still the same.It is indicated that the effect of BuShenTiaoChongTang on the menstrual blood volume of patients after 3 months of improvement is more than that of western medicine.(4)After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of unpregnant patients were significantly lower than before,it can improve thin endometrium kidney Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in patients with lumbar debility,five upset hot,hot flashes,night sweats,clinical symptom such as dizziness tinnitus,but BuShenTiaoChongTang effect more apparent.(5)After treatment,the total effective rate of clinical efficacy was 90%,and the western medicine group was 73.33%,explain the clinical effectiveness of the two groups was comparable(P>0.05).Conclusions:The therapy of two groups can effectively increase the endometrial thickness and menstrual blood volume of patients with thin endometrium,and improve the clinical symptoms of kidney Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,But BuShenTiaoChongTang can improve the clinical pregnancy rate and to improve lumbar debility,five upset hot,hot flashes,night sweats,the symptom such as dizziness tinnitus was superior to western medicine,and drug withdrawal after 3 months can still maintain the patient's menstrual blood.
