| Objective:Analysis of constitution and thermal metabolism of the patients in luteal phase with thin endometrium based on infrared thermal images,To explore the clinical target effectiveness of E-gelatin on thin endometrium(blood deficiency)in luteal phase.Method:1.Volunteers were collected from March,2013 to April,2017,including women for health routine examination,female patients in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM,and volunteers from Chengdu University of TCM who are diagnosed as thin endometrium.The subjects were assessed by body mass index(2009 edition of the standard body mass chart of Chinese medicine constitution classification and determination)by Chinese Academy of traditional Chinese medicine;Volunteers were scanned by infrared camera(type HIR-2000 or type ADT-YL-100 A medical infrared thermal imaging system)),in their luteal phase(7d after ovulation).The thermal images about 11 pictures were achieved,and the regions were measured include head and face(forehead,face,the upper and medium part of the back side of head),torso(precordial region,both sides of breast glands,Shen Que point,lower abdomen,uterus,Ren Channel,Du Channel,both sides of kidney region),limbs(both sides of the second fingers,third fingers and ring fingers,both sides of feet in front position and back position).The relative calorific value(relative calorific value =absolute calorific value-background calorific value)of each location is calculated using Excel.The collected data SPSS21.0 for statistical analysis.2.Volunteers diagnosed as thin endometrium(Blood deficiency type)take Tai Ji donkey hide gelatin and Dong'e Ejiao in their luteal phase.Take one kind,and take another kind 24 hours later,The whole body was scanned 6 times before and after taking medicine(0min)and after taking medicine 30 min,70min,100 min,130min and 160 min,The image was collected,the location and calorific value were measured.The relative calorific value of 0min is based on calorific value,Excel was used to calculate the difference between the relative calorific value and the relative calorific value of 0min at each time point,and the calorific value trend map was drawn for analysis.Results:1.In this study,58 patients with thin endometrium were treated,with an average age of(33.48+ 5.03)years,and 50 healthy controls,with an average age of(32.82 + 6.68)years.The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.The thickness of the endometrium was negatively correlated with induced abortions frequency(P<0.05).3.In the thin endometrium group,The top three of the constitution frequency distribution are:Yang deficiency(17.06%),Qi deficiency quality(15.29%)and blood stasis quality(14.11%);In the healthy control group(50 cases).The top three of the infertility(IPD type)constitution frequency distribution are ranked by the quality of Peace(18.46%),Phlegm dam Pness(13.85%),and dam Pness heat(13.85%).The test showed that the distribution of qi deficiency and yang deficiency in the two grou Ps was statistically significant(P < 0.05);there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.01).4.Thin endometrium of patients with cerebral blood supply location(upper and middle head in the head position)and myocardial ischemia(heart),location and re Productive related location(Shenque,double uterus,accessory,right kidney,Ren Mai)and Peri Pheral circulation related location(double foot position)position relative to the heat value is lower than the healthy the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The relative calorific value of reproductive related location(lower abdomen)was significantly lower than that of healthy control group,with significant statistical significance(P<0.01).5.8 cases of luteal phase of thin endometrium(essence and blood deficiency)patients completed the infrared thermal imaging dynamic scanning of gelatin,the youngest 26 years old,the oldest 45 years old,average(33.87+ 6.47)years.A total of 96 whole body scans were performed and 26 locations were observed each time.2496 regional caloric values were observed.Results:(1)Taking 0-30 min to maintain the calorific value of Taiji gelatin location is the face,upper head,higher calorific value of location is double the index finger,middle finger,ring finger;30-70 min increased calorific value of location is Shenque;70-100 min increased calorific value;location is uterus;100-130 min to maintain the calorific value of location is before the heart,the location is the upper calorific value increased head;130-160 min maintain the calorific value of location is the lower abdomen,left kidney,head;higher calorific value left kidney,Shenque,Du,uterus,before the heart is upper.(2)Taking Dong'e gelatin 0-30 min increased calorific value of location is face,double index finger,middle finger,ring finger;30-70 min increased calorific value of location is posterior median,right accessory;70-100 min increased the calorific value of location is the middle and upper head after the head,uterus;130-160 min maintain the calorific value of location is face,after a head location the middle,the right foot and left posterior position;increased the calorific value of location is after the head top,right foot position,bilateral breast,heart,abdomen,uterus,left accessory,ren.6.Dong'e county is more effective than Taiji gelatin location: the face,the upper part of the head,the middle part of the head and back and right ring finger,double breast,uterus,double attachment location;Taiji gelatin effect is better than the Dong'e E-Jiao location: refers to The left ring finger and Shenque,before the heart,the double index finger and double middle finger?Conclusion:1.The predilection constitution of the thin endometrium is mainly characterized by Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency and blood stasis.2.The patients with thin endometrium in luteal phase have the metabolism characteristics of cerebral blood supply,myocardial insufficiency and cold metabolism.3.The common drugs target between Tai Ji and Dong'e gelatin are uterus,brain,heart and blood circulation location;single drug target to Taiji gelatin was concentrated in Shenque point region;separate drug targets to Dong'e Ejiao focus on double accessories and double breast regions. |
