A Preliminary Study On Relationship Between Stubborn Psoriasis Vulgaris Syndrome And Physique And Influencing Factors Of Physique In Chengdu Area Based On The "Disease-Physique-Syndrome" Three-discrimination Model

Objective:Through a questionnaire survey of 247 patients with refractory psoriasis vulgaris in the administrative area of Chengdu,counting on the distribution of medical evidence and TCM constitution and its influencing factors,and analyze whether there is a correlation between syndrome condition and physique,physique and its influencing factors.Provide reference for the establishment of diagnosis and treatment mode for stubborn psoriasis vulgaris,"discrimination-discriminating-differentiation",as well as disease prevention,diagnosis and treatment.Methods: The cases were all from the dermatology clinics and inpatients of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to January 2018.Collecting cases according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of this study,picking sex,age,address,family history,occupational characteristics,staying up late,smoking,alcoholism,dietary preferences,exercise,TCM syndrome,physical condition.All data establish excel epidemiological data.The spss20.0 statistical software was used to process the data.Results:1.Of the 247 patients with stubborn psoriasis vulgaris in Chengdu,the distribution pattern of TCM syndromes is: the blood deficiency wind dryness syndrome(41.7%)>Stasis skin syndrome(36%)> wet poison accumulate resistance(12.6%)> blood hot intrinsic(9.7%).The most common types of TCM syndromes are the blood deficiency wind dryness syndrome and wet poison accumulate resistance.2.Of the 247 patients with stubborn psoriasis vulgaris in Chengdu,the distribution pattern of TCM physique is: peace constitution(20.7%)> Yang deficiency constitution(19.4%)>damp-heat constitution(15.0%)> Yin deficiency constitution(12.1%)> Blood stasis constitution(9.3%)> Qi Stagnation constitution(7.7%)> Phlegm dampness constitution(5.7%)> Qi deficiency constitution(5.3%)> Special constitution(4.9%).3.There is a certain correlation between the TCM syndrome condition and the physique of 247 cases of stubborn psoriasis vulgaris.In this survey,the blood deficiency wind dryness syndrome was the most distributed.The physique distribution of TCM was mostly attributed to Yang deficiency constitution,followed by peace constitution.The TCM physique distribution of Stasis skin syndrome was mostly attributed to peace constitution,followed by damp-heat constitution.The distribution of the blood deficiency wind dryness syndrome and Stasis skin syndrome have physical differences.Blood hot intrinsic mainly include Yin deficiency constitution.Wet poison accumulate resistance was mostly attributed to peace constitution and Special constitution.The statistical analysis results showed that there is a certain correlation between stubborn psoriasis vulgaris syndrome condition and physique.4.Of the 247 patients with stubborn psoriasis vulgaris in Chengdu,there was no statistically significant difference in the distribution of TCM physique in terms of gender,age,family history,smoking,profession.There was a statistically significant difference in TCM physique among sleeping,alcoholism,diet preference,and exercise.The physique distribution of patients staying up late is more distributed in the Yang deficiency constitution and Yin deficiency constitution.The TCM physique of alcoholic patients is dominated by damp-heat constitution,while Non-drinking patients are mainly distributed in peace and Yang deficiency constitution.Among the patients with dietary preference in the study,those with pungent cravings were more distributed in peace constitution,Yang deficiency constitution,damp-heat constitution,Blood stasis constitution,damp-heat constitution.The Patients with eosinophils are mainly Qi Stagnation constitution.Almost no exercise and few exercise patients accounted for the highest proportion of the surveyed population,and the physical distribution was dominated by the distribution of Yang deficiency constitution.This study shows that there is a certain correlation between TCM physique and TCM syndrome condition in stubborn psoriasis vulgaris in Chengdu area.The syndrome of blood deficiency and wind-dryness is the most distributed,and the physical constitution is mainly yang deficiency syndrome,suggesting that yang deficiency physique may be one of the causes of stubborn psoriasis intractability.Staying up late,alcoholism,diet preference,and exercise can affect physical distribution.Therefore,in the diagnosis and treatment of intractable psoriasis vulgaris,it is feasible to introduce a three-discrimination model of "Disease-physique-Syndrome ".It is possible to influence the development of the disease through the intervention of physical intervention factors.
