| Objective: To observe the needle knife "┣" type loose solution with Naosan’s therapy and the clinical curative effect of therapy for frozen shoulder and its clinical value.Methods:Between January 2019 and December 2019 in yunnan university of Chinese medicine during orthopedics third affiliated hospital of patients,90 patients in accordance with frozen shoulder freeze,were randomly divided into control group 1(Naosan’s therapy),control group 2(needle knife regular release with Naosan’s therapy)and treatment group(needle knife "┣" type solution and needle knife conventional solution with Naosan’s therapy),30 cases in each group,the observation process have 2 patients fall off,the actual observation cases as control group of 29 cases,1 control 2 group 29 cases,treatment group 30 and record patients’ general information such as name,gender,age,treatment once a week,VAS score and CMS score were performed before and 1 week after treatment,and follow-up was performed 3 months after treatment.Explain in detail the use of the scoring system to patients before grading.Results: 1.The gender,affected side,age and course of disease of the patients in the three groups before treatment were not statistically significant and were comparable.The P values of VAS(visual simulation score),ADL(daily living activity),ROM(joint range of motion),MMT(measurement of freehand muscle strength)and CMS(shoulder joint function score)in the three groups before treatment were all >0.05 by the non-parameter kruskal-wallis H test,which showed no statistical significance and were comparable.2.One week after the end of the treatment,comparison was made between the control group1,control group 2 and the treatment group.The P values were all <0.05 by the rank sum test of paired samples,which was statistically significant.The P values of VAS,ADL,ROM and CMS were all <0.05 after the rank sum test of two independent samples in control group 1 and control group 2 after treatment,which was statistically significant,while the P values of MMT were all >0.05,which was not statistically significant.After the rank sum test of the two independent samples in the control group and the treatment group,the P values of ADL,ROM and CMS were all <0.05,which was statistically significant,while the P values of VAS and MMT were all >0.05,which was not statistically significant.After treatment,the P values of VAS,ADL,ROM,MMT and CMS were all <0.05 in the control group and the treatment group,which were statistically significant.Compared with 29 patients in group 1,3 cases were cured,7 cases showed obvious effects,12 cases were effective,and 7 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 75.86%.Compared with 29 patients in the 2 groups,9 cases were cured,8 cases showed obvious effects,8 cases were effective,and 4 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 86.21%.Among the 30 patients in the treatment group,14 were cured,12 were effective,3 were effective,and 1 was ineffective,with a total effective rate of 96.67%.The rank-sum test was used for pairwise comparison of the grade data of patients in the three groups,and the P values were all <0.05,which was statistically significant.3.Three month after the end of treatment,the shoulder forward bends,outward and inward turning in follow-up measurement,shoulder forward bends,outreach,and internal rotation compared between two groups,the treatment group and control group compared to control group 1 2 P values < 0.05,statistically significant,the treatment group compared with control group 2 P values < 0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion:1.The needle knife "┣" type loose solution with Naosan’s therapy and the overall efficacy of therapy for frozen shoulder is better,better than the control group 1(Naosan’s therapy)and control group 2(needle knife conventional release with Naosan’s therapy).2.Needle knife "┣" type loose solution with Naosan’s therapy for frozen shoulder curative effect is distinct,simple and convenient,quick,has a certain clinical application value,worthy of promotion. |
