Clinical Research Of Internal-heated Needle Combined With Knife Lysis On Treating Frozen Shoulder

ObjectiveWith the progress of science and technology,human beings accelerated the pace of work and life.More and more people are suffering from frozen shoulder.Its symptoms are shoulder pain,functional movement disorder.It influenced people’s daily life and work seriously.Frozen shoulder can self-heal occasionally,but can not completely heal finally.In the long recovery process,patients need to endure great pain.Active treatment can reduce pain,shorten the course of the lesion and reduce complications.Through observing the clinical efficacy of treating frozen shoulder by internal-heated needle and knife lysis to verify its clinical feasibility,safety and superiority and to seek better treatment for frozen shoulder.MethodsSelect 80 patients who met the inclusion criteria for the study.All patients were from rehabilitation center inpatient of Taihe Hospital.Referring to the random number table,patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Experimental group received internal-heated needle and needle knife treatment.Control group received acupuncture-based comprehensive treatment.Refer to "The People’s Republic of China pharmaceutical industry standard" TCM Syndrome Diagnostic efficacy standards "(ZY /T001.9-94).Experimental group received internal-heated needle treatment first,then received knife lysistreatment in pain point two days later.Two weeks for a course,each treatment once a week.The control group acupunctured then connected with electricity and grilled with light irradiation.Treat 5 days a week and rest two days,2 weeks as a course of treatment.Refering Constant-Murley shoulder score sheet,pain test,activity of daily living and shoulder motion to evaluate its efficacy.Comparing efficacy of experimental and control groups finally.ResultClinical efficacy as follows: The experimental group of 40 patients,8 excellent cases,24 good cases,8 moderate cases,0 poor case,excellent rate is 80%;Control group of 40 patients,2 excellent cases,10 good cases,24 moderate cases,4 poor cases,excellent rate is 30%.We compared between the two groups and within groups after treatment,found the difference was significant.ConclusionsInternal-heated needle combined with knife lysis treatment can well relieve pain and improve joint function activity of frozen shoulder;Internal-heated needle combined with knife lysis treatment in the treatment of frozen shoulder is a safe and effective method.It owned high feasibility,It was worth appling widely and promoting.
