Objective:To observe the clinical effect of adhesived frozen shoulder with Improved "C" shape of needle knife release. Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria to choose 90 patients with periarthritis of shoulder who come from people’s hospital affiliated to fujian university of traditional Chinese medicine bone traumatology department from September 2014 to September 2015. All the patients are randomly divided into improved group, C group and electropuncture group,30 cases in each group. The patients in the Improved group were treated with Improved "C" shape of needle knife release, while the C group were treated with "C" shape of needle knife release. Once a week, one week for a period of treatment. Electropuncture group were treated once a day, for the same length of time. The three groups after treatment with the same technique and shoulder joint function exercise. To record the score of each subject on the adjusted Constant Murley test and visual analogue scale at baseline, post-treatment session, and the overall efficacy of the three groups after treatment were analyzed. After treatment for 3 months follow-up evaluate shoulder joint activity recovery. There were no statistical differences among the groups regarding gender, age, part and course of the disease. Three groups of data were comparable. Data in this research is processed by the software of SPSS 18.0.Results:1. Improved group and C group,25 and 15 were controlled well,3 and 12 marked effect,1 and 1 effect,1 and 2 was invalid, with the effective rates being 96.7% and 93.3%, respectively. Electropuncture group,5 was controlled well,13 marked effect,7 effect,5 was invalid, with the effective rates being 83.3%. The curative effect of the three groups, after statistics processing, was statistically significant difference. (P<0.017).2. In VAS evaluations and the adjusted Constant Murley score, after and before treatment within the groups in comparison, the difference in three groups was significant. (p<0.01). Show that three kinds of treatment methods all had remarkable curative effect. After treatment, the difference was significant among the three groups (p<0.05). Improved "C" shape of needle knife release treatment had a better effect to relieve shoulder pain and improve the shoulder function activity for periarthritis in adhesive period.3. Three months follow-up after treatment, the difference was significant among the three groups in shoulder joint recovery evaluation, of the shoulder joint outreach and the upper limbs stretch. Improved "C" shape of needle knife release treatment had a better effect in shoulder joint recovery evaluation. Conclusions:Improved "C" shape of needle knife release treatment have a better effect to relieve shoulder pain and improve the shoulder function activity for periarthritis in adhesive period.
