[Objective]To explore the effect of collaborative nursing model on the psychological resilience, social support, and self-experience burden of hospitalized patients with acute cerebral infarction;to understand the influencing factors of psychological resilience of hospitalized patients with acute cerebral infarction;to build an intervention for psychological resilience of hospitalized patients with acute cerebral infarction in Yunnan Province The model provides reference and basis.[Method]Using a similar experimental research method,Patients with acute cerebral infarction who met the inclusion exclusion criteria from December 2018 to September 2019 in a toP three hosPital in Kunming City,Yunnan Province were selected as the research object, and the Patients were divided according to random number table There were 37 cases in the control grouP and the intervention grouP for 3 months. The control grouP adoPted the dePartment's routine nursing methods, including routine nursing intervention, establishment of files, hosPitalization and education, and information suPPort. The intervention grouP implemented a collaborative nursing model based on the control grouP,using a medical-nursing-Patient-family-researcher-Peer intervention as a whole, including meditation in the mindfulness decompression method,Personalized rehabilitation guidance, and grouP teaching,Listening to sleeP-assisted music,WeChat and telePhone communication,follow-uP,etc.Psychological resilience scale, social suPPort assessment scale, and Patient self-exPerience burden scale were used to conduct subjective index questionnaire survey on the two grouPs of Patients at admission,1 month after intervention and 3 months after intervention, and the data were collected,Organize and enter.Statistical analysis was Performed using statistical methods such as chi-square test, comPosition ratio, test, and rePeated measures analysis of variance.P<0.05 indicated that the difference was statistically significant, and P<0.01 indicated that the difference was statistically significant.[Results]1.The general data of the two grouPs of Patients were comPared, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.The results of rePeated measures analysis of variance of social suPPort(SSRS)levels of the two grouPs of Patients showed that the difference in social suPPort levels of the two grouPs of Patients at different times was statistically significant(P<0.01);there was an interactive effect between different grouPs and time(P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in grouP effects(P>0.05).Before the intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in the total score of the social suPPort assessment scale and the scores of each dimension of the two grouPs of Patients(P>0.05);after 1 month of intervention, the difference in the dimension scores of the social suPPort utilization of the two grouPs of Patients was statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no statistically significant difference in the total score, objective suPPort and subjective suPPort dimension scores of the two grouPs of Patients(P>0.05);after 3 months of intervention, the difference between the total score of the two grouPs of Patients and the scores of each dimension Academic significance(P<0.05).3.The single-factor analysis of variance for the influencing factors of Psychological resilience(CD-RISG)showed that Patients with different working conditions differed in the total Psychological resilience score,self-strength dimension and oPtimism dimension, and Patients in different occuPations had different self-strength dimensions. It has statistical significance(P<0.05).4.The results of rePeated measures analysis of variance of the mental elasticity level of the two grouPs of Patients showed that the difference in the mental elasticity level of the two grouPs at different times was statistically significant(P<0.01);there were interaction effects between different grouPs and time(P<0.05),grouP effects The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Before the intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in the total scores of mental resilience and scores of each dimension between the two grouPs(P>0.05);after 1 month of intervention, the difference in the scores of the self-strengthening dimension was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the scores of Points, tenacity dimension and oPtimism dimension(P>0.05);after 3 months of intervention, the difference between the total score of the two grouPs of Patients and the scores of each dimension were statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The results of rePeated measures analysis of variance of the self-Perceived burden(SPBS)level of the two grouPs of Patients showed that the difference of the self-Perceived burden level of the two grouPs at different times was statistically significant(P<0.01);there was an interactive effect between different grouPs and time(P<0.01),But the difference in grouP effect was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Before the intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in the total scores and scores of each dimension between the two grouPs(P>0.05);after 1 month of intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in the total scores and scores of each dimension between the two grouPs(P>0.05);After 3 months of intervention, the difference in total score, economic burden dimension, emotional burden dimension score of the two grouPs was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference in Physical burden dimension was not statistically significant(P>0.05).[Conclusion]1.The degree of social suPPort of the hosPitalized Patients with acute cerebral infarction in this study is at the lower middle level, and the level of mental flexibility is affected by work conditions and occupations, and the Patients have a heavy burden of self-PercePtion.2.This study shows that the collaborative nursing model is an e:ffective method to imProve the level of mental flexibility of Patients with acute cerebral infarction.3.The collaborative nursing model can helP Patients imProve social suPPort and self-care ability from different angles such as doctors, nurses, family members, researchers, etc.,enhance the Patient's role adaptability and quality of life, and ultimately effectively reduce the Patient's burden of self-PercePtion.
