ObjectiveUnder the guidance of real-world research concepts,this study uses techniques such as frequency statistics,association rules,clustering analysis,complex networks,and visual analysis of knowledge maps to deeply dig and display the experience of Professor Wu Zhongchao's diagnosis and treatment of Bi syndrome,which can provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of Bi syndrome in modern Chinese medicine.Explore methods for summing up the experience of TCM experts,and provide a reference for TCM Specialist diagnosis and treatment experience research based on RWS.Contents and methodsThis research is closely related to the two themes of "real world research" and"experience summarization".Under the guidance of the research concept of"human-computer combination,human-oriented,in-depth interviews",Professor Wu was deeply involved in the whole research process,and collect the clinical diagnosis and treatment data of Professor Wu Zhongchao according to the actual clinical diagnosis and treatment information collection plan and enter it into the database.Use data mining and knowledge map visualization technology to analyze and display the diagnosis and treatment experience,and write the thoughts and methods of this study.1.Research on diagnostic criteria for Bi syndrome based on RWSLiterature research on diagnostic criteria for Bi syndrome-related diseases,extract and analyze the structure and elements of diagnostic criteria for Bi syndrome-related diseases.Later,the investigation report on the diagnostic criteria,structure,and element investigation of Bi syndrome-related diseases was submitted to Professor Wu for review and in-depth interviews.Based on the literature research on Bi syndrome and Professor Wu's specific recommendations,a diagnostic questionnaire for the diagnosis of Bi syndrome was drawn up to conduct a clinical survey.Conduct statistical analysis of the survey results and asks Professor Wu Zhongchao to review the statistical results.Approved by professor wu,the diagnostic criteria for this study were established.2.Research on the clinical diagnosis and treatment information collection table for Bi syndromeInvestigates,extracts and analyzes the structure and content of an information collection in previously published papers of the diagnosis and treatment of Bi syndrome based on RWS,and combine the results of literature research,extraction,analysis and advice of Professor Wu Zhongchao,formed a preliminary draft and used it to conduct a clinical survey,found its deficiency and stretch.?Disease-causing factors:the weather is humid,gloomy or cold,or the diet is improper.or tired.?Course of disease:more than 1 month,even more than 10 years.?Characteristics of onset time:rapid onset,or a slow onset,or intermittent occur.?Associated symptoms:systemic or local fever,or weakness,or chills,or afraid of the wind.?Previous history:history of wading and rain,or long-lived wetland,or exogenous,or joint disease,or tumor.or trauma.?Life habit:Tobacco,or intemperance,or emotional anxiety,or irritability,or cold drinking for a long time.?Western medicine examination:the anti-streptococcus hemolysin "O" test more than 500 units,or rapid erythrocyte sedimentation rate,or rheumatoid factor positive,or C-reactive protein Positive,or anti-streptokinase more than 80 units,or anti-hyaluronidase more than 128 units,and even X-ray or CT showed bone damage.With the above?,?,?,?four items,refer to?,?,?,?items,Bi syndrome can be confirmed.In the above?-?items,the show that there are more females than males in patients with Bi syndrome;the age of onset of patients with Bi syndrome is generally higher,but there has been a trend of youth;Bi syndrome symptoms are complex,stubborn,and prolonged.On average,each person has about two symptoms or signs,and two sick areas.Pain,inconvenient flexion is the main symptoms or signs of patients with Bi syndrome,waist,neck,knee,shoulder is the main sick areas;patients with Bi symptoms often have abnormal expressions,anxiety and irritability are the patient's main state of expression;obesity is the main physical abnormality of patients with Bi syndrome;Dark red,red,and light red are common tongue color of patients with Bi s syndrome:tooth marks and cracks are common tongue state;white,yellow,yellow and white are common tongue coating colors;greasy,thick,dry are common tongue coating state;stasis,cyan and tension are common abnormalities of the sublingual veins;sink,thin,and string are common pulses;In terms of acupuncture,the core acupuncture prescriptions and commonly used acupuncture points of Professor Wu's acupuncture treatment of Bi syndrome were analyzed.Analysis of acupuncture meridians showed that the usage rate of Yang Meridian was much higher than Yin Meridian.Bladder meridian usage rate is the highest;analysis of acupuncture direction,depth and stimulus shows that Professor Wu usually uses the method of nourishing and reducing when treating paralysis syndrome,and the method of reducing is greater than the method of nourishing.Acupuncture angle shows three-dimensional state.The core TCM prescription and commonly used Chinese medicine combination were analyzed.The results of the efficacy evaluation generally show that patients with more visits have a higher effective rate than patients with fewer visits.The total effective rate of patients with more than 6 visits was 100%,and the 95%confidence interval was 100%.4.Constructed the knowledge framework of Professor Wu Zhongchao's diagnosis and treatment experience,using Gephi software to construct a knowledge map of Professor Wu Zhongchao's diagnosis and treatment experience,and visualized the three aspects of Professor Wu Zhongchao's diagnosis experience,treatment experience,and the evaluation of the effectiveness.5.Under the guidance of the mode of "human-computer combination,human-oriented.in-depth interviews",the key techniques,understanding and thoughts of Professor Wu Zhongchao's in the diagnosis and treatment of bi syndrome were summarized.Conclusions1.In terms of diagnosis,Professor Wu focus on the examination of the patient's exercise state,tissue shape and emotions,attaches importance to the relationship between surface factors and core factors,focus on polymorphism,multi-layer and accurate differentiation,attaches importance to the four diagnostic information,and refer to the information of western medical examination.In terms of acupuncture treatment,core prescriptions are:BL23,GB20,DU14,ST36,LI4,LR3,SP6,BL40,LR14,BL25,BL18,RN6.Sub-core prescriptions are:DU20,DU24,BL17,BL32,RN12,DU29,EN17,GB30,ST25,SJ5.Obtained the matching law and formula rule of Back-shu point,same meridian point,two meridians points with exterior-interior,the local point and the distal point,regulate the essence and blood,qi and blood,liver,spleen and kidney,yin and yang,combine the methods of reinforcing and reducing,Professor Wu often uses Jing Fang and Shi Fang to treat Bi syndrome.The theory of Qiang-Qiao,function zone,protecting yang,pay attention to the emotional and untie knot of body tissue are important academic ideas of Professor Wu Zhongchao's diagnosis and treatment of Bi syndrome.Professor Wu Zhongchao's experience in treating paralysis syndrome is effective.2.Sum up the experience of TCM Specialist based on RWS should research the suitable diagnostic criteria for this type of studying.3.The design of the information collection table is very important for the study of TCM Specialist experience summary based on RWS.4.Sum up the experience of TCM Specialist based on RWS should give full play to the active initiative of TCM Specialist.5.The selection and application of data mining and experience display methods should pay attention to the systematic,in-depth mining and clear display of the TCM Specialist experience6.The visualization of TCM Specialist diagnosis and treatment experience based on the knowledge map can clearly show the TCM Specialist diagnosis and treatment experience.
