Based On The Real World And Professor Xiao Lin's Clinical Application Of Polygonum Multiflorum Experience Summary And Adverse Event Analysis

Objective:Based on the analysis of Professor Xiaolin Tong clinic Radix Polygoni Multiflori case data,observe the basic situation of clinic cases of Radix Polygoni Multiflori(age,gender),disease(diabetes and complications,hypertension)and medication use(daily dose and cumulative dose treatment,etc.),four cases(fatigue,alopecia),compatibility and concomitant medications,allergies to prescription containing Radix Polygoni Multiflori were appeared in the types of adverse events and statistical analysis.The real world based on data mining,summarize the experience of clinical application of Professor Xiaolin Tong.Research method:Professor Xiaolin Tong outpatient medical records system entry application Radix Polygoni Multiflori case by retrospective analysis,analysis of the basic medical information descriptive,correlation analysis in mining-drug adverse event experience,using Karch and Lasagna evaluation method and evaluation system of the correlation of Radix Polygonum multiflorum.Findings:(1)The basic situation:the study according to the inclusion criteria,143 cases were selected from outpatient cases during the application of Radix Polygoni Multiflori Tong,in July 2008 to March 2015 a total of 271 cases,diagnosis.26 cases of male patients,accounting for 18.18%,female patients 117 cases,accounting for 81.82%.More than 40 years old majority of elderly patients,a total of 112 cases,accounting for 78.61%,of which 40-60 years of age patients are more,a total of 90 cases,accounting for 62.93%.The diagnosis of diabetes mainly depends on diabetes mellitus and nutrition metabolism(2)the preparation of Radix Polygoni Multiflori medicine:the daily dose of Radix Polygoni Multiflori mainly 30g,15g mostly,accounting for 75.81%of its 15g,accounting for 20.95%30g.A small number of patients lighter than the small dose of water pills,single day dose of 0.3 to 9.6g,accounting for 3.24%.Overall single day mean dose(16.55 + 6.86)g.The longest course was 502 days,the shortest 14 days,the average course of treatment(81.11 +82.83)days,the cumulative dose of maximum 6720g,the minimum 180g,the average cumulative dose(1105.26 + 1015.17)g(3)Treatment of the primary disease of Radix Polygoni multiflori and tongue carved in:insomnia,fatigue,constipation,pain and numbness of limbs,waist pain,sweating,hair loss is more common;the tongue with red tongue,tongue stasis,big fat tongue,scalloped tongue,yellow greasy fur,fine AF is common;pulse to pulse string,pulse,pulse number,fine pulse,slippery pulse is common.(4)Correlation analysis method of data mining based on the analysis of selected high frequency.Symptoms include insomnia,fatigue,constipation,Radix Polygoni Multiflori,waist soreness,numbness of limbs,hair loss,analysis of clinical application of Radix Polygoni Multiflori compatibility,found that in most clinical and practical,but also there is a deviation.Specific results are presented in a network chart and an association index ranking list.(5)Adverse events:in the 143 cases,there were 17 cases with adverse events,gastrointestinal reactions,skin abnormalities more,8 cases of gastrointestinal reaction,skin abnormalities in 4 cases,abnormal liver function in 2 cases,1 cases of lumbar 2 cases of frequent urination,angry reaction.According to the Karch and Lasagna evaluation methods,adverse events were evaluated only in 1 cases,which could lead to adverse reactions.Conclusion:The study found that the Tong,mainly used for Heshouwu deficiency of liver and kidney,Qi and blood deficiency syndrome patients.Radix Polygoni Multiflori treatment of common symptoms,mainly insomnia,fatigue,constipation,hair loss,waist pain and other symptoms.The low incidence of adverse reactions may be of Radix Polygoni Multiflori in the application of multi processing and the instructor at any time concerned about the changes in history and laboratory indicators of patients,and the corresponding time compatibility of hepatoprotective drugs;but the influential factors of adverse events,individual differences,doctors need dialectical accurate,cautious medication,reduction in adverse reaction of drug prevention reasonable compatibility.
