Objective:By observing the curative effect of using Liangxue jiedu recipe combined with western medicine to treat the Reduchisheng syndrome,the role of traditional Chinese medicine in critical and severe diseases was explored to provide new ideas and support for the treatment of sepsis.Methods:60 patients with sepsis who met the inclusion criteria from March 2017 to December 2018 were selected from the icu department of the hospital of Chinese academy of traditional Chinese medicine.Inclusion criteria:it met the sepsis s3.0 diagnostic standard proposed by the international joint conference on sepsis in 2016,and the syndrome type was in line with the Reduchisheng syndrome in the expert consensus on the treatment of sepsis by supplemental antibiotics with traditional Chinese medicine in 2017.The random number table method was divided into 30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the treatment group.The two groups were given basic medical treatment at the same time,and the treatment group was given Liangxuejiedu granules twice a day on the basis of medical treatment(30g of raw gypsum,30g of mercury horn,30g of honeysuckle,30g of forsythia,20g of anemarrhena,30g of radix notoginseng,30g of raw land,30g of red peony root).Control group and treatment group were observed for 7 days.Statistics were recorded before treatment,3 days after treatment and 7 days after treatment,respectively,and comparison of TCM symptom score and effective rate and western medicine observation indexes was conducted between the two groups.SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical data.Results:1 comparison of general dataA total of 60 patients were included,among which 8 patients were exfoliated due to exfoliation criteria.29 patients were enrolled into the treatment group,including 16 males and 13 females,aged 71.52±9.51 years old.The control group included 29 males and 12 females,aged 72.17±9.18 years old.The age,gender and disease distribution of patients in the treatment group and the control group were compared,and no significant difference was found between the two groups(P>0.05).Previous diseases included hypertension,hyperlipidemia,type 2 diabetes,and coronary heart disease.There was no significant difference in the distribution of previous diseases between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).2 comparison of efficiencyIn terms of effective rate,after 3 days of treatment,the effective rate in the treatment group was 75.9%vs.48.2%in the control group;after 3 days of treatment,the effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the effective rate in the treatment group was 86.2%vs.82.8%in the control group.The ?2 inspection,treatment group effectiveness is better than that of control group but not significant on statistical significance(P>0.05).It shows that both traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine are effective,and Chinese medicine is effective quickly.3 TCM symptom scoreIn terms of total score of symptoms,there were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).The difference between the total score before treatment and 3 days after treatment was 11.79 3.42 in the treatment group and 9.17 4.65 in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 7 days,the difference was 15.52 5.24 in the treatment group and 12.83 4.83 in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores and total scores of fever,irritability,red face,red eyes,dizziness,constipation,shortness of urine,abdominal distension and fullness were significantly lower in the two groups after 3 days and 7 days after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05).Among them,the symptoms of irritability,secret bowels and abdominal distension in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the scores of other symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05).The results showed that in the improvement of TCM symptoms,the combined treatment of liangxue jiedu decoction with western medicine was superior to the treatment of western medicine alone.4.Comparison of western medicine indicatorsPCT,CRP and WBC were better in the treatment group and the control group before treatment than after treatment at 3 and 7 days after treatment,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The treatment group was significantly superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).That cold blood detoxification side comparison of western medicine treatment on inflammatory biomarkers,Lac,T,P,APACHE II score and SOFA score has improved significantly.ConclusionIn terms of symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,the prescription of Liangxue jiedu recipe combined with western medicine has been significantly improved in the treatment of sepsis with the Reduchisheng syndrome.Especially in relieving the patient fidgety,defecate secret knot,abdominal distension full aspect effect is remarkable.On the basis of western medicine,combined with herbal blood detoxification prescription,WBC,PCT,CRP and Lac indexes were significantly improved.
