| Objective:To analyze several clinical manifestations of erysipelas, which including whether skin temperature had being raised, whether there was induration, erythema, varicose veins and edema in subcutaneous and skin,and to analyze the disease location, incentives, complications, etc. To analyze several test values of erysipelas (including the total number of white blood cells, neutrophils, lymphocytes, eosinophils, ESR, gamma globulin ratio, CRP value, peri-nuclear anti neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (P-ANCA), the serum P 2-MG,24 hour urinary protein, FG and DD)And to assess patients with erysipelas'kidney damage and the anomalies of fibrinolytic and coagulative system and two kinds of anomaly correlation, preliminarily.Methods:Collecting a retrospective analysis of 93 patients hospitalized with erysipelas in 2004 December to 2013 September and select 53 cases which were completed the full value of laboratory testing. To compare and analyze the laboratory data including the serum ?2-MG,24 hour urinary protein, FG and DD of two groups of patients, and to assess patients hospitalized with erysipelas' damage and the anomalies of fibrinolytic and coagulative system. Results:(1)the probability of skin temperature increased, induration, skin erythema, ulcers, varicose veins, with edema were 96.77%,2.15%,98.92%,2.15% 0,1 in 93 cases of patients hospitalized with Erysipelas. The patients hospitalized with Erysipelas occurred in unilateral lower limb, especially calves accounted for 86.02%.Face and upper extremities accounted for 9.68%,4.30% respectively; mostly no obvious incentive for the 75 cases accounting for 80.65%; cancer resection accounted for 3.23%; lower limb with hyperkinetic,trauma accounted for 6.45%,3.23% respectively; That occurred after the mosquito bites after mosquito bites that accounted for 2.15%.And the probability of patients with fever were 10.75%.There were hypertension, type 2 diabetes, coronary heart disease, stasis dermatitis, tinea, Hashimoto's thyroiditis and chronic viral hepatitis about concomitant diseases,which accounted for 22.58%,16.13%,5.38%,2.15%,6.45%, 2.15%,13.98% respectively; The increased probability of the total leukocyte erysipelas, number of neutrophils, lymphocytes, eosinophils, erythrocyte sedimentation, gamma globulin ratio and CRP value; peri-nuclear anti neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (P-ANCA) positive probability is 32.26%,38.71%,0,9.68%,71.43%,50.56%,72.22%,5.66%; respectively. (2) There are 9 patients of total number of 16.98% that have the serum ? 2-MG increased with the increase of 24 hours urine protein's values; the FG and DD's values of clinical examination also increased are in the 27 patients of 50.94%. Serum ?2-MG and FG also increased in patients are in the 9 patients of 16.98%. P> 0.1, it is not considered that there is a linear correlation between serum ?2-M and FG.Conclusion:(1) Erysipelas of hospitalized patients are often accompanied by elevated skin temperature, associating with edema, unilateral predilection sites are located in the lower extremities, It is useful to detect the patients who suffer from erysipelas with the number of leukocyte, neutrophil count, CRP and erythrocyte sedimentation as well.(2)there was a common complication of hypertension, type 2 diabetes. Lower limbs fatigue,including long-distance riding, running. playing, long-distance hiking,can induce erysipelas.(3)Parts of the patients suffering from erysipelas are accompanied with renal damage and existing the tendency of thrombosis. |
