The Clinical Efficacy Research On Zhuang Medicine Hongbiangangmei Decoction In Treatment Of Herpangina In Children

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhuang Medicine Hongbiangangmei Decoction in the treatment of children with herpes angina(wind-heat multiplying spleen syndrome).Zhuang Medicine provides reliable clinical evidence based medicine for treating herpes angina in children.Methods:80 cases of children diagnosed with herpes angina by professional examination by pediatricians who meet the inclusion criteria were divided into an observation group(Zhuang Medicine Hongbian-gangmei Decoction)and a control group(Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid)according to random number table.There were 40 cases in each group.When the axillary temperature of the child was ?38.5?,both groups took oral acetaminophen suspension to reduce fever.After 5 days of treatment,statistically analyze the comparison of symptom and sign scores between the two groups of children after treatment,the comparison of symptom and sign scores within the group before and after treatment,the comparison of the onset time of typical symptoms after diagnosis and treatment,the time of the onset of typical symptoms and the clinical efficacy of TCM symptoms,and observe Adherence to medication and occurrence of adverse events in two groups of children.Results:The general data of the two groups of children are comparable,and clinical efficacy can be compared.? Comparison of symptom and sign scores after treatment.The number of herpes scores in the observation group after treatment was better than that in the control group(P <0.05).The scores of fever,antifeeding,mouthache / salivation,irritability,crying,cough,runny nose,and dry stool were relatively low after treatment.Significant difference(P>0.05).? Comparing the symptom score groups before and after treatment,the symptoms and signs scores of the two groups of children were better than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).? Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups of children,the total clinical effective rate was 92.5%,87.18%(P>0.05),after treatment,fever,herpes count,mouth pain/sore throat or drooling,antifeeding,irritability,crying,cough,runny nose,dry stool Efficacy comparison between two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the clinical efficacy of Zhuang Medicine Hongbiangangmei Decoction and Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid are comparable.? Comparison of the onset time of the four typical symptoms in the two groups of children,the observation group was better than the control group in the treatment of fever,herpes quantity,and antifeeding(P<0.05);the treatment time of mouth pain or sore throat/salivation onset time was effective No significant difference was seen(P>0.05),indicating that Zhuang Medicine Hongbiangangmei Decoction had a faster onset than Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid.? Comparison of the disappearance time of the four typical symptoms in the two groups of children.The observation group was better than the control group in the treatment of herpes(P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the two groups in the treatment of heat withdrawal,recovery of food intake,disappearance of mouth pain or sore throat / salivation(P>0.05).? Comparison of the number of antipyretic drugs used,the observation group was superior to the control group in reducing the use of antipyretic drugs(P<0.05).? Comparison of medication compliance between the two groups of children.In the observation group,2 patients with ordinary medication difficulties and 2 patients needed medication.In the control group,9 cases of children with difficulty in taking medicines were required to be administered.After statistical comparison(P<0.05),the difference was significant.The observation group's compliance with medication was higher than that of the control group.? In terms of comparison of adverse reactions,no serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups of children during the administration of the drug.One case had a thin stool in the observation group,and five cases had a thin stool in the control group,with occasional abdominal pain.Can be relieved without allergies or rashes,indicating that the observation group had very few adverse reactions and high safety.? In terms of comparison of treatment costs,the observation group has lower drug costs.Conclusion:Zhuang Medicine Hongbiangangmei Decoction can shorten the disappearance of symptoms and signs in children with herpes pharyngitis(wind heat by spleen syndrome),improve compliance with medication,have high safety,low cost,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
