Clinical Research On Sanyang Qingjie Liquid In The Treatment Of Pediatrics Exogenous Fever (Wind-Heat Clip Hysteresis Syndrome) By Sigmoid Colon Instillation

Objective: Through clinical trials,to observe the Sanyang Qingjie liquid Sigmoid Colon instillation in therapy of pediatrics exogenous fever(wind-heat clip hysteresis syndrome),symptoms and signs,and sum up the clinical curative effect of the therapy.To provide the clinical basis for further application of the motherland medicine “external treatment of Chinese herbal medicament” theory and point application therapy in the treatment of pediatrics exogenous fever.Methods: This subject to the pediatric clinic of TCM Hospital of Zhengzhou city and recruited 180 children with wind-heat clip hysteresis syndrome,in accordance with the inclusion criteria as the research object.The children were randomly divided into treatment group,control group 1,control group 2,60 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Xiaoer Jiegan Granules and Sanyang Qingjie liquid decotion,The control group1 were given Xiaoer Jiegan Granules,The control group2 were given Sanyang Qingjie liquid decotion,The course of treatment was 3 days,record the changes before and after treatment,body temperature,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score.Results :(1)After treatment of 1h,8h,16 h and 24 h,the temperature of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group 1 and the control group 2,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The body temperature of the control group 2 after treatment with 1h,16 h and 24 h was not significantly different from that of the control group 1(P>0.05),but the temperature after 8h was lower than the control group 1,and there was significant difference between them(P=0.012);(2)After the treatment of 48 h and 72 h,there was no statistic significant in the three groups in temperature(P>0.05);(3)The treatment group was also better than the control group 1 and the control group 2 in onset time of cooling,totally alexipyretic time,improvement in clinical symptoms,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);but the difference between the control group 1 and the control group 2 was not obvious(P>0.05);(4)The treatment group in the total efficiency were 96.6%,the control group1 were 84.2% and the control group2 were 86.2%,the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group 1 and 2,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the complete remission rate between the control group 1 and the control group 2(P=0.873).Conclusion :(1)Sanyang Qingjie liquid decotion and Xiaoer Jiegan Granules in the treatment of pediatrics exogenous fever(wind-heat clip hysteresis syndrome)had definite clinical effect;It was better than the other two groups in the reduction of the fever time,the improvement of the clinical symptoms,and the overall efficiency;(2)The group of Sanyang Qingjie liquid decotion was better than the group of Xiaoer Jiegan Granules in the onset time,while in the improvement of symptoms and the total effective rate,the two groups were quite effective;(3)Sanyang Qingjie liquid decotion and Xiaoer Jiegan Granules therapy has the advantages of simple operation,efficacy,adverse reactions,and the treatment is suitable for popularization and application in pediatrics.
