Curative Effect Evaluation Of Acupuncture Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine For Treating Chronic Pelvic Pain Due To SPID

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treating chronic pelvic pain in SPID,so as to provide an effective treatment for SPID chronic pelvic pain.Methods: 60 patients with chronic pelvic pain in SPID were included in the study.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each group.During the treatment,1 patients in each group fell off in the two groups,so the last 58 patients were treated statistically.The first treatment group treated with acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of heating 30 min,then the Chinese medicine Tazi treatment 30min;the control group was treated by traditional Chinese medicine Tazi treatment 30 min.3 days after menstrual clean,1 times a day,7 days per course,2 days after 1 courses of treatment,and then enter the next 1 courses.Every menstrual cycle is treated for 2 courses,and 2 menstrual cycles are treated.After treatment with the VAS score,TCM syndrome score,total score,total score of local signs were observed and recorded before treatment,and 4 after the end of treatment and after treatment for one month,the integral three months after the end of treatment,the integral compared before and after treatment to evaluate acupuncture and moxa moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction the effect of SPID stains for chronic pelvic pain.Results: 1.After 4 courses of treatment,the VAS scores,TCM syndromes,local signs and total scores of the two groups were all significant(p<0.05).The cure rate of the treatment group was 10.34%,the effective rate was 20.69%,the effective rate was 65.52%,the inefficiency was 3.45%,the total effective rate was 96.55%,the cure rate of the control group was 0%,the markedly effective rate was 10.34%,the effective rate was 75.87%,the inefficiency was 13.79%,and the total effective rate was 86.21%.2.After one month of treatment,the VAS score of the two groups,the total score of TCM syndrome,the total score of local signs,the comprehensive score and the comparison before treatment were significant(p<0.05).In the treatment group,the cure rate was 6.90%,the markedly effective rate was 20.69%,the effective rate was 65.51%,the inefficiency was 6.90%,the total effective rate was 93.10%,the cure rate in the control group was 0%,the markedly effective rate was 6.90%,the effective rate was 75.86%,the inefficiency was 17.24%,and the total effective rate was 82.76%.3.Three months after the end of treatment,VAS score,TCM syndrome score and comprehensive score and total score,compared with those before the treatment of local signs were significant in the two groups(p<0.05);the cure rate was 3.45%,the effective rate was 17.24%,effective rate was 65.52%,no efficiency was 13.79%,the total effective rate was 86.21%,control the cure rate was 0%,the effective rate was 0%,effective rate was 75.87%,no efficiency was 24.13%,the total effective rate was 75.87%.4.During the treatment,the treatment group of 1 cases in the middle of other medications,so quit therapy;the control group of 1 patients included in the treatment process of slight skin redness,itching of the local drug allergy,do not fade,but the treatment requirements of patients from the treatment.Conclusion: 1.Acupuncture and moxa moxibustion combined with short-term and long-term curative effect and follow-up of the Chinese medicine Tazi and pure Chinese medicine Tazi treatment of SPID chronic pelvic pain have effect,but Chinese medicine Tazi treatment of acupuncture and moxa moxibustion combined with long-term curative effect and short-term curative effect and follow-up medicine Tazi treatment of chronic pelvic pain was SPID better than simple.2.Acupuncture and moxa moxibustion combined with the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Tazi treatment SPID chronic pelvic pain is effective,high safety,high economic efficiency,is worthy of promotion.
