Comparative Study On Diagnosis Of Traditional Chinese Medicine And Zhuang Medicine

Objective:There are relatively few studies on the difference between medical systems of many ethnic groups in academia,and comparing the related research is relatively single,mainly focused on the contrast between two or more medical system of medical theory,this research is mainly to study with Zhuang medicine diagnosis and difference of the diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Through the method of literature research,the paper has sorted out and summarized the political,economic,cultural,historical and geographical documents related to traditional Chinese medicine and Zhuang medicine.In the medical theoretical level,the basic theories,principles,diagnosis methods and disease identification of TCM and Zhuang medicine diagnosis are compared,and the development background and development history of these two kinds of diagnostics are also compared.On the whole,the birth,development and difference between the two diagnoses are explained.Results:The diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine and the diagnosis of Zhuang medicine have great differences in theory and clinical application.These differences are due to the different development backgrounds of the two medical systems.Zhuang area unique politics and economy and culture determines the core theory of Zhuang medicine absorbs part of yin and Yang in traditional Chinese medicine,viscera,Qi blood and body fluid in the formation,but its core medical theory "three road and two way" and traditional Chinese medicine without reference.And because of the great difference between the Central Plains region and the Zhuang region,the traditional Chinese medicine diagnostics and Zhuang medical diagnostics have different directions in the development of the theoretical system.But because of the two medical systems are depends on similar principle " The man is a whole,man and the world as a whole,people and the world mutual influence".Therefore,the principle,principle and mode of diagnosis of the two methods are similar.Conclusion:Chinese medicine and Zhuang Medicine Diagnostics(1)is common in theory both Yin and Yang,Qi and blood essence fluid theory,understanding of the human organs are very similar,diagnosis theory is about "Rather critical.To see a small beginning,that may have significant changes." Diagnosis method in general is through the look,smell,ask(inquiry),cut(press)to detect disease;(2)the difference lies in the development of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis theory of time longer,is a large and complicated,Zhuang medicine diagnosis theory development time short,relatively simple Chinese medicine,and has obvious regional;(3)a thorough study on the TCM diagnosis of typhoid fever and exogenous febrile disease;(4)diagnosis of Zhuang medical diagnosis is relatively simple,more in-depth study of the " poison " and related diseases,more adapt to the medical needs of the Zhuang region.
