Clinical Study On Damp-heat Acute Anal Eczema Treated With Yangxiao Lotion

Objects:1.Yangxiao lotion was experience prescription of Ye Ling who is chief physician With the help of modern instrument------Ultrasonic Drug Fumigation treatment machine,we compared the lotion with Fuji lotion,Through this clinical study of improving the traditional bath approach,we observed the dynamic process of treatment in patients in the lesion area,lesion extent,pruritus level,pruritus duration,and explore the therapeutic effect of the lotion.2.Through the TCM principles of differentiating syndrome for etiology,we summarized the topical treatment of TCM prescription which is used to treat acute anal eczema.Methods:This clinical study of 60 patients of anal eczema were all from the Anorectal patient and outpatient in Fujian Provincial Second People's Hospital.We equally divided the 60 patients into Yangxiao lotion treatment and Fuji lotion treatment with the randomd approach. Two groups of patients clean those affected area with warm water beforer treatment. Continuous fumigation 7 days is seen as a course of treatment. Before treatment and after treatment 3,7 days,we record the points in the lesion area, lesion extent, pruritus level, pruritus duration.All data were analysised by statistical software SPSS13.0.Results:1.In repairing the lesion area, the two sets of points in the treatment of the first three days were no significant differences (P>0.05); In the treatment of 7 days, the two points respectively, compared with before treatment were significantly lower (P<0.05), but the the treatment group lesion area in the repair points better than the control group (P<0.05), and the treatment of 3,7 days after the therapy the degree of improvement is superior to the control group (P<0.05),shows a shorter course of treatment.2.1n reducing the lesion extent, the treatment group and control group have the significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05) in the treatment of the therapy 3,7 days, but the treatment group in 3,7 days reduce the extent of lesions is superior to the control group (P <0.05).3.1n the degree of itching, the treatment group and control group have the significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05) in the treatment of the therapy 3,7 days, but the treatment group in the therapy 3,7 days itching points are better than the control level group (P<0.05), and its treatment to improve the efficacy of symptoms in 3,7 days is superior to the control group (P<0.05), shows rapid onset of itching.4.In the duration of the itching, the two groups in the treatment of 3 day have no significant difference (P> 0.05);In the treatment of 7 days, the two points respectively compared with before treatment were significantly lower (P<0.05),but the treatment group in alleviating itching duration points better than the control group (P<0.05).5.Compared of overall efficacy, P<0.05, treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant.6. In the course of treatment, The two groups have no serious side effects.Conclusion:1.Yangxiao lotion was applied to damp-heat acute anal eczema,because it can more efectively reduce the integral than that of Fuji lotion in the lesion area, lesion extent, pruritus level, pruritus duration.2.Qingrelishi and jieduqufeng can be efectively used in damp-heat acute anal eczema.The Prescription follow the classic,but it does not rigidly adhere to the classic.It is a unique and innovative prescription.3.1n clinical, the lotion has no obvious adverse reactions.
