Objective:This study aims to investigate the correlation between uric acid and preeclampsia severity and the effect of uric acid on the occurrence of preeclampsia and adverse pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women..Methods:A retrospective method was used to collect a total of 292 pregnant women who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria for in-at the affiliated hospital of xx medical university from September 2014 to January 2020.Experimental group 1:according to whether there are preeclampsia diseases divided into preeclampsia group 134 cases, normal pregnancy group 124 cases;Experimental group 2:according to whether there are serious manifestations of preeclampsia with or without preeclampsia[1]divided into preeclampsia group 52 cases, severe preeclampsia group 82 cases;Experimental group 3:according to the pregnancy outcome of preeclampsia pregnant women divided into good outcome group 93 cases and poor outcome group 40 cases. The general data, clinical observation indexes and pregnancy outcome of pregnant women in each group were counted, and the differences of data between the groups were compared. The relationship between uric acid and the severity of preeclampsia disease was studied by linear correlation analysis.By univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis to investigate the relationship between uric acid and preeclampsia and pregnancy outcome after correcting confounding factors.Hibateral p values less than 0.05 were considered statistically significant.Results:1.The incidence of uric acid concentration and hyperuricemia?hyperuricemia, hua?in preeclampsia groups?preeclamsia+severe preeclampsia?compared to normal pregnancy, other indicators such as gestational weeks, lactate dehydrogenase?LDH?,aspartate aminotransferase?AST?,alanine aminotransferase?ALT?,platelets?PLT?creatinine?Cr?uric acid nitrogen?BUN?were statistically significant?p<0.05?;2.Uric acid concentration,HUA incidence in severe preeclampsia compared with preeclampsia.differences in other indicators were statistically significant?p<0.05?in gestational weeks,ALT?AST?Cr?BUN?PLT?systolic blood pressure?SBP?,diastolic blood pressure?DBP?,and 24h urinary protein, but not in LDH?p>0.05?;3.The SBP DBP Cr BUN of pregnant women with preeclampsia increased with the increase of uric acid,PLT decreased with the increase of uric acid, showing a significant linear correlation, the difference was statistically significant?p<0.05?,while AST?ALT had no significant linear correlation with uric acid level, the difference was not statistically significant?p>0.05?;4.Uric acid is an independent risk factor for the onset of preeclampsia, with uncorrected confounding factors OR=1.015?95%CI:1.011-1.019,p<0.01?;corrected gestational weeks platelets creatinine urea nitrogen ALT AST LDH systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure confounding factors,OR=01.031?95%CI:1.002-1.060,p=0.037?;5.Uric acid was an independent risk factor for adverse pregnancy outcomes in preeclampsia pregnant women.uncorrected confounding factors OR=1.018?95%CI1.011-1.025,por=0.000?;corrected gestational weeks, platelets, creatinine, urea nitrogen,ALT AST LDH,systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and 24h urinary protein confounding factors,OR=1.016?95%CI:1.011-1.032,por=0.039?.Conclusion:1.Uric acid can reflect the severity of preeclampsia disease, showing ua positive linear relationship with SBP DBP Cr and BUN,negative linear relationship with PLT;2.Uric acid is associated with preeclampsia and is an independent risk factor for preeclampsia.3.Uric acid is associated with adverse outcomes in preeclampsia pregnant women and is an independent risk factor for adverse pregnancy outcomes.
