| Objective:Compare the detection value of uric acid with urea,creatinine,and glomerular filtration rate in pregnant women with preeclampsia and severe preeclampsia to provide reference for clinical decision-making.Methods: A retrospective analysis of 104 pregnant women with preeclampsia and severe preeclampsia who were hospitalized in our hospital from February 2019 to Januar y 2020.According to the presence or absence of severe preeclampsia,they were divided into preeclampsia group(PE group,37 cases)and severe preeclampsia gro up(SPE group,67 cases).In the same period,131 normal pregnant women who gave birth in our hospital were set as the control group.The general clinical data,delivery outcomes,urea,uric acid,creatinine,and glomerular filtration rate were compared between the three groups respectively;the correlation between these lab oratory indicators and the birth weight of the newborn,the gestational week of de livery,and whether the newborn was transferred to pediatrics was analyzed.And by drawing the ROC curve of uric acid,urea,creatinine,glomerular filtration rate to diagnose SPE,compare the value of each index in the auxiliary diagnosis of SPE.Results: Between control group,PE group,SPE group,gestational week of delivery,newborn birth weight,Apgar 1 minute score,Apgar 10 minute score,postpartum h emorrhage,adverse pregnancy history,obesity,placental abruption,fetal growth res triction,whether the newborn is transferred Differences in pediatrics are statisticall y significant.There were statistically significant differences in uric acid,creatinine,and glomerular filtration rate between the control group and the PE group,betwee n the PE group and the SPE group,and between the control group and the SPE group.Uric acid,urea,creatinine,and glomerular filtration rate are all correlated with newborn birth weight and gestational week of delivery.Uric acid has the gre atest correlation.They are also related to neonatal transfer to pediatrics.The area under the ROC curve of urea,creatinine,uric acid,and glomerular filtration rate for the diagnosis of SPE were 0.743,0.775,0.908,0.750,respectively,the sensiti vity were 0.597,0.851,0.851,0.821,and the specificity were 0.802,0.595,0.824,0.580,the accuracy were 0.667,0.763,0.838,0.742 respectively.Conclusion: Uric acid is related to childbirth and perinatal outcomes,and has a good auxiliary diagnostic value for severe preeclampsia.It is of greater value in detecting preeclampsia and severe preeclampsia patients. |
