Application Of Therapeutic Communication System In Hope Level Of AIDS Inpatients

Objective: To understand the status quo and influencing factors of hope level of AIDS inpatients,analyze the correlation between hope level,anxiety,depression and coping style,and explore the intervention mode of therapeutic communication to improve hope level of AIDS patients.Methods: This study included current situation investigation and intervention study.(1)The investigation study: 210 AIDS patients from July 2018 to November 2018 in the first hospital of Changsha City were selected as the research objects through convenient sampling.The general data questionnaire,Herth hope scale,hospital anxiety and depression scale,and medical coping style scale were used to investigate.Correlation analysis,single factor,and multiple stepwise regression were used to analyze the factors that affected the hope level of AIDS patients.(2)The intervention study: from March 2019 to September 2019,67 AIDS patients who met the inclusion criteria in the first hospital of Changsha City were randomly selected as the study objects,which were randomly divided into intervention group(34 cases)and control group(33 cases).The control group was given routine nursing and health education,and theintervention group was given therapeutic communication system intervention on the basis of routine nursing.Before and after the intervention,the hope level and social support scale were used to evaluate the two groups of patients.Before and after the intervention,the hospital anxiety and depression scale and medical coping style scale were used to evaluate.Results:(1)the total score of hope level of 210 AIDS patients was(34.30 ± 4.12),0.5% was in the low level,69.5% was in the middle level,30.0% was in the high level;correlation analysis showed that: anxiety,depression,submission and hope level were negatively correlated,face,avoidance and hope level were positively correlated;single factor analysis showed that: gender,age,marriage,residence,culture The results of multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that depression,submission,education,anxiety,face and marriage,entered the regression equation and explained 67.3% of the total variation of hope level.(2)Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in hope level,social support,anxiety and depression,and coping style between the intervention group and the control group(P > 0.05);after the intervention of therapeutic communication system,there were significant differences in hope level,total score of social support and scores of all dimensions in the main effect,time effect and interaction effect(P < 0.05);The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Before and after the intervention,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)AIDS patients are in the middle and high level of hope.Anxiety,depression,submission and hope were negatively correlated,while face,avoidance and hope were positively correlated.Many factors can affect the hope level of AIDS patients,among which depression,submission,education,anxiety,face and marriage are the main factors.(2)Therapeutic communication intervention can effectively improve the hope level of AIDS inpatients,reduce anxiety and depression,improve coping style,and improve social support.
