Objective: By discussing the hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis two different ways of the patient’s level of hope and anxiety, depression, correlation research, from the aspects of psychological indicators to evaluate the curative effect of two types of dialysis patients, so as to improve the quality of dialysis patients and help patients choose dialysis methods provide a reference basis. Methods: To select the Qinghai university affiliated hospital blood purification center in 30 patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD) and in Qinghai university affiliated hospital and Qinghai province people’s hospital of continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis(CAPD) patients 30 cases. Application of general information questionnaire and Herth hope scale and Hamilton anxiety and depression scale questionnaire survey was conducted on two groups of dialysis patients, respectively. Data are used SPSS17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis. Results: 1.The MHD patients hope always divide(35.70 ±4.33), CAPD patients want to divide the total(37.30±3.09), compare the differences between no statistical significance(P > 0.05). 2. Dialysis patients hope level was negative correlation with the incidence of anxiety and depression. 3. The incidence of anxiety and depression in patients with MHD group were 50% and 73.35% respectively, CAPD patients the incidence of depression and anxiety were 33.3% and 43.3% respectively. The incidence of depression in patients with MHD group is higher than the CAPD patients, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). 4. Dialysis time in more than 12 months, CAPD patients anxiety and depression scores significantly lower in the MHD group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05); With the longer duration of dialysis, CAPD patients anxiety and depression score gradually reduce, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion: 1.The level of two groups of dialysis patients hope at the higher level, but no difference. 2. Dialysis patients hope level is higher, the lower the occurrence of anxiety and depression. 3. Two groups of patients with their incidence of anxiety and depression are the same, but the incidence of depression in patients with MHD group is higher than the CAPD patients. 4. CAPD patients anxiety and depression score with the longer duration of dialysis gradually reduce, dialysis time in more than 12 months, MHD group compared with CAPD group, patients with anxiety depression score increased.
