Study On The Mechanism Of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction In Treating Lung Cancer Based On Network Pharmacology

Objective:Using the method of network pharmacology,to explore the mechanism of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of lung cancer.Methods:The components of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction were inquired through the TCMSP database system.The compounds were screened by oral bioavailability(OB)? 30% and drug like(DL)? 0.18.The detailed information of the compounds was obtained by referring to the domestic and foreign literature and the Drugbank database,and confirmed and checked.Upload the checked compound to the Pharmapper server and set the parameters.After checking the returned target results in Uni Prot database and String database,the effective target information and protein interaction network diagram of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction were finally obtained.The targets of lung cancer were obtained from OMIM database,GAD database and CTD database.The targets of lung cancer were compared among the three databases.The common target of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and lung cancer was obtained by using Venny diagram.The target was imported into the Metascape database,and the species was set as human(sapiens).The relevant data and PPI map were obtained.Using David database,KOBAS database and Metascape database,go enrichment analysis and KEGG enrichment analysis are carried out for common target and signal pathway,and corresponding icons and results are obtained.Results: A total of 226 active ingredients were screened from Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,including beta sitosterol,stigmasterol,quercetin,sitosterol,gibberellin a44,shinpterocarpin,.These components correspond to 262 targets,including 258 human targets related to lung cancer,and the key targets are TP53,BCL2 and AKT1.Xuefu Zhuyu decoction may inhibit the growth,aging and apoptosis of lung cancer cells through TP53,regulate the apoptosis of lung cancer cells through BCL2 target,and regulate the metastasis of lung cancer cells through Akt.Through the analysis of David database go,2833 biological processes,1521 cellular components and 2886 molecular functions are obtained.1893 signal pathways were identified by the analysis of KEGG and Corum.Pathways in cancer,interleukin-4 and interleukin-13 signaling,signal transmission,immune system,signaling by interleukins are important pathways.In addition,c AMP,MAPK,VEGF and other signaling pathways play an important role in the treatment of lung cancer with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.Conclusions:Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction may inhibit the growth,aging,apoptosis and metastasis of lung cancer cells through TP53,BCL2,Akt targets.The effect of cell cycle arrest,apoptosis,infiltration,growth,recurrence and metastasis of lung cancer cells can be achieved through the camp,VEGF,MAPK and other signaling pathways in hsa05200.
