Effect Of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction On Lung Injury Induced By Airborne Particulate Matter 2.5

Objective:The essay analyzed the correlation between the quantity of the patients with breathing difficulties in different age groups and some meteorological data of the whole 2015 year in Jinan,including PM2.5,PM10,AQI,based on the information of the hospitalized patients who were above 14 years old gathered in the hospital affiliated to Shandong university of traditional Chinese medicine.To investigate the effect of meteorological data such as PM2.5,PM10,AQI on the incidence of respiration disease and the quantity of hospitalized patients and the effect of traditional Chinese medicine against the damage of inhalable particle posed on airway ciliary,via observing the effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the fields of prevention and treatment on histopathologic change,the damage of airway ciliary damage,immunity of the organism and the resistance to oxidation of model rat established through the way of letting them breathing inhalable particle and giving the rat a gavage of Xuefu Zhuyu.Methods : Gather the information of the quantity of the respiratory hospitalized patients in the hospital affiliated to Shandong university of traditional Chinese medicine and count the weekly number of the respiratory hospitalized patients according to different age group.Then analyze the correlation of meteorological data such as PM2.5,PM10,AQI,the quantity of the respiratory hospitalized patients and the quantity of the respiratory hospitalized patients in different age group.Divide 100 healthy male mice of SPF level into 5 groups,with 20 in each one group.blank group,model group,the treatment group of Xuefu Zhuyu,the treatment and prevention group of Xuefu Zhuyu,the prevention group of Xuefu Zhuyu during the study of animal.The blank group,model group,the treatment group of Xuefu Zhuyu had normal diet without any treatment.the treatment and prevention group of Xuefu Zhuyu,the prevention group of Xuefu Zhuyu were intragastrically administered by traditional Chinese medicine 10 days.Then establish the lung injury model of mice induced by fumigation and in the meantime being intragastrically administered by traditional Chinese medicine.Observe every group's pathologic changes in airways and lung tissues under electron microscope after being killed on the 26 th days;detect the content of TNF-a,IL-1?,NF-KB,TRPV1,IgG,IgE in lung tissue homogenate and the content of IgG,IgE in serum by the way of ELISA;detect the content of MDA,SOD via biochemical process;observe and record the quantity of the dust cell in BALF cell smears under electron microscope;detect the expression of the M1 macrophage marker CD68+ by the way of immunohistochemical staining;detect the effect on CD4/CD8 T achroacyte subgroup through Flow cytometry analysis technology;detect the expression of NF-?BmRNA,CD68 mRNA in lung tissue through PCR.The experimental data were applied SPSS17.0 to perform statistical analysis.Results:Clinical survey showed: outpatients to 60-69-year-old majority of patients,accounting for 20% of the total number of respiratory clinics in the year 2015,January,December outpatient visits are relatively more.The influence of pollution factors on the morbidity of outpatients in respiratory department was the most obvious after 2 weeks' delay.The experimental results showed that Xuefuzhuyu decoction could improve the damage of lung tissue pathology,the airway mucosal injury,the imbalance of oxidative/ antioxidative mechanism,and enhance the immune function of T cells in mice in a certain extent.The levels of IL-1 ?,TNF-?,NF-KB,MDA,CD68 + and NF-KBmRNA in lung tissue of model group were significantly higher than those of the blank group.Compared with the model group,Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction treatment group The expression of TNF-?,NF-KB and serum IgE were significantly decreased in Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction group compared with the control group.Conclusion : PM2.5 and other meteorological factors will affect the incidence of respiratory system,and respiratory department outpatient number of patients in different age groups,the total number of patients with a certain correlation,PM2.5 effect is more obvious,and the existence of chronic long-term damage.Inhalation of lung particulate matter can lead to lung inflammation and oxidative damage,can damage the immune system function.Chinese herbal medicine can improve the airway mucosa damage and bronchial inflammation,improve the metabolism of oxygen free radicals and enhance the cellular immune function,and the traditional Chinese medicine can prevent lung injury caused by airborne particulate matter in mice.
