Clinical Observation Of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction In Improving Hypercoagulability In Patients With Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective: Observe and evaluate the clinical efficiency of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on the improvement of blood hypercoagulability,clinical symptoms and quality of life in patient with non-small cell lung cancer blood stasis syndrome.Methods: According to the case inclusion and exclusion criteria,66 cases of inpatients with non-small cell lung cancer were collected in the Sichuan Integrative Medicine Hospital,from February 2019 to December 2019.According to the order of consultation,33 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction + conventional treatment)and control group(routine treatment only).The symptomatic supportive treatment such as stability and analgesia,the treatment group was treated with the traditional Chinese medicine decoction Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction orally,30 days of treatment.Each patient evaluated laboratory indicators such as PLT,PT,APTT,FIB,and D-dimer on the first day and the 30 th day,and evaluated TCM syndrome total score,blood stasis syndrome symptom quantitative score,KPS,QOL score.Thrombosis events and adverse reactions were evaluated during and after treatment.All data were analyzed statistically using SPSS 23.0.RESULTS: This study included 66 cases,3 cases of shedding,and finally 63 cases were included in the study,32 cases in the treatment group and 31 cases in the control group.The results are as follows:1.Coagulation-related indicators: the treatment group can reduce the value of FIB,PLT,and DD(P <0.05),and have no significant effect on the value of PT,APTT,and TT ??(P> 0.05);the control group had all coagulation-related indicators no significant effect(P> 0.05).2.TCM syndrome score: The treatment group could reduce the total score of TCMsyndromes(P <0.05),while the control group did not significantly reduce the total score of TCM syndromes(P> 0.05).3.Quantitative score of symptoms of blood stasis syndrome: The treatment group could reduce the score of blood stasis syndrome(P <0.05),while the score of blood stasis syndrome of the control group did not decrease significantly(P> 0.05).4.KPS score: Both groups of treatment can increase the KPS score of patients(P<0.05).The improvement of KPS score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P <0.05).5.QOL quality score: Both groups can improve patients' QOL quality of life score(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the groups(P> 0.05).6.Safety analysis: There were no significant differences in the three routine,liver and kidney functions,and electrocardiograms before and after treatment in the two groups.There were no cases of venous thrombosis in the treatment group,and one case of the control group had venous thrombosis and treatment was discontinued.Conclusion: Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction can improve the hypercoagulability of patients with non-small cell lung cancer blood stasis syndrome,improve clinical symptoms and improve quality of life.
