Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Yangyu plaster on wound healing after anal fistula operation, and to provide theoretical basis for the clinical application of Yangyu plaster. Methods: From May 2018 to September 2019,135 patients with anal fistula were treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of traditional Chinese medicine. All the patients in this study met the diagnostic criteria of primary low simple anal fistula and were divided into blank group, control group and observation group with random number table method after operation. The three groups of patients were given daily dressing change treatment(hospitalization)from two to second days after operation. The observation group was treated with Yuyu ointment on the basis of routine postoperative treatment, and the control group was treated with western medicine Bei Fuxin, which was commonly used for wound repair. In the blank group, routine dressing was changed.Observe the clinical indexes of the three groups, record the pain degree and secretion of the wound every 3,7 and 14 days;record the granulation growth of the wound, measure the area of the wound and calculate the healing rate every week during the hospitalization;handle the discharge procedures and record the time of staying in the hospital if it meets the discharge indexes;continue the outpatient treatment or follow-up until the wound is completely healed, and record the complete healing of the wound Combined time;record and calculate the comprehensive curative effect of each group on the 21 st day.The data were collected for statistical analysis, and the clinical indexes of the three groups were compared to evaluate the clinical effect of Yangyu plaster.Results:(1)To reduce the pain and secretion of wound: use Yangyu plaster and Bei Fuxin had a significant advantage over the conventional clean dressing(P < 0.05).(2)In promoting the growth of granulation and reducing the area of wound: Yangyu plaster group and beifuxin group can promote the growth of granulation of wound, and there is no statistical difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).(3)In the aspect of wound healing rate: in the 14 th sky white group(39.34 ± 4.69)%,in the beifuxin group(52.02 ± 5.78)%,in the yangyugao group(51.22 ± 6.33)%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).(4)In terms of the time of complete wound healing: the blank group(25.62 ± 1.74)days,the bevaxine group(22.67 ± 3.29)days,and the Yangyu plaster group(23.20 ± 2.56)days.The mean time of healing was the lowest in bifexin group, but there was no significant difference between bifexin group and Yangyu plaster group(P > 0.05).(5)In terms of length of stay: the blank group(12.27 ± 1.16)days,the beifuxin group(8.73 ± 1.18)days,and the Yangyu paste group(9.93± 1.39)days.The mean length of stay in beifuxin group was the shortest, but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05).(6)Comprehensive efficacy comparison: the comprehensive efficacy of the three groups were 100%.There was no significant difference among the three groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Yangyu plaster has significant effect on relieving pain, reducing secretion, promoting granulation growth, reducing wound area, improving wound healing rate and reducing hospitalization time.It is more suitable for promoting wound healing after anal fistula operation, and worthy of clinical application..
