Objective:Compared with zijishengjigao gauze dressing with vaseline gauze dressing for deficiency syndrome on postoperative day 10 anal fistula wound healing, the effects of main by observing wound pain, wound secretion, granulation tissue growth, the area of the wound, etc., discusses zijishengjigao gauze dressing on low simple anal fistula postoperative wound healing effect of clinical curative effect.Methods:Will be incorporated into the research object of this study,60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases. Treatme nt group 2 days after surgery to vaseline gauze dressing,10 days aftersurgerychange t o zijishengjigao gauze dressing, while the control group only to vaseline gauze dressin g. Statistical analysis of drug use before the general situation of the patient (such as gender, age, course of diseases, etc.) as well as the individual local symptoms and sig ns(such as wound secretion, pain, granulation growth, etc.),and detailed record to com pare two groups of 13 days after surgery (3daysaftertreatment),18dayspostoperatively(8 days after treatment),25dayspostoperatively(15days after treatment)woundpain,granulation, granulation growth, computing 18 and 25 daysthe healing of the wound,28 days post operatively to evaluate the overall curative effect after treatment. According to the vari ous evaluation index, the objective record, the score of each data are using SPSS18.0 statistical software for statistical comparison, statistical results, final get test conclusion s.Results:60 cases included in the object in this experiment,divided into treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases.Test results were as follows:(1) Wound pain:In the two groups after 13,18,25 days wound pain statistical comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), so 3 days after treatment the treatment group is better than the control group in improve wound pain.(2)Wound secretions:In the two groups 13,18,25 days postoperatively wound secretion comparison,the differences between the two groups was statistically significant (P< 0.05),so 3 days after treatment the treatment group is obviously better than the control group in improved wound secretion.(3)Wound granulation growth:In the two groups 18,25 days postoperatively wound granulation growthcomparison,the differences between the two groups was statistically significant (P< 0.05),so 8 days after treatment the treatment group is obviously better than the control group in improved wound granulation growth.(4)The wound area:Two groups of 18,25 days postoperatively comparing with before medication, differences were statistically significant(P< 0.05), which indicates that two groups in 8 days after treatment have shrink the wound area; Two groups of 18,25 days postoperatively compared, P<0.05, differences were statistically significant, in terms of the treatment group narrowing the wound area was obviously better than the control group.(5)Wound healing time:In wound healing time the two groups compared by statistical, all P< 0.05, the difference is statistically significant, it shows that the treatment group was better than control group in terms of promote wound healing.(6) Total effect:Evaluation of the treatment group and the control group in the overall efficacy 28 days aftersurgery, the treatment groupcure rate was 100%,the control groupcure rate was 83.33%, using the rank sum test, P<0.05,it shows the treatment group was better than controlgroup in terms of promote wound healing.(7) Adverse reactions:During the test one cases of adverse reactions did not occur.Conclusion:Through this research, analyze test results, consider the effect zijishengjigao dressing test group better than the control group. Mainly in reducing wound pain, reduce wound secretions, promote the growth of granulation and wound healing.
