The Clinical Evaluation Of Yangyinqufeng-prescription On Lung Yin Deficiency Cough Variant Asthma(CVA)

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Yangyinqufeng-prescription on lung Yin deficiency CVA(cough variant asthma).In order to provide a basis for the standardized treatment of CVA.Methods:Randomized controlled clinical study design was adopted,and clinical trial study was conducted according to GCP specification,with a course of 4 weeks.The CVA patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Budesonde formotero,and the experimental group was treated with Yangyinqufeng-prescription on the basis of the control group.To observe the changes of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,leicester cough questionnaire(LCQ)score and serum immunoglobulin E(IgE)index.To evaluate the clinical effect of Yangyinqufeng-prescription on lung Yin deficiency CVA.Results:(1)There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of age,gender,and each indicator before treatment(P>0.05),suggesting balanced comparability.(2)There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the comparison of safety indicators before and after treatment(P>0.05),and no serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment.(3)The score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the control group after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the experimental group was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the experimental group decreased significantly compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(4)LCQ score of the control group increased after treatment compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).LCQ score in the experimental group was significantly higher than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The LCQ score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(5)Serum IgE indicators in the control group decreased after treatment compared with before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum IgE index in the test group decreased significantly compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The serum IgE level in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions:Yangyinqufeng-prescription can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with lung Yin deficiency CVA,improve the quality of life,and reduce the IgE index in serum.Its curative effect is more significant than that of the control drug,and it has clinical application and promotion value.
