| Objective This topic using controlled clinical observation, to explore the mentor Jin Fengli inheriting national famous doctor of TCM experts Yi Xiuzhen’s empirical formula "Penyantongluofang" cooperating with "Gongxuening capsule" treatment liver stagnation and spleen deficiency and dampness-heat blood stasis type clinical efficacy of Sequelae of pelvice inflammatory disease(CPID) for clinical treatment,after seeking new or more valid mentality and approachs,and to provide clinical research basis.Methods 50 patients of CPID about stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome damp hot and blood stasis type stochastic classified into infarction group and control group.30 cases as the Observation group,which take oral "Penyantongluotang" during non menstrual period, "Gongxuening capsule" orally producted by Yunnan Baiyao Groupe during menstruation,Control group of 20 cases of oral angelica Kangfuyan Capsule during non menstrual period.Continuously for three months.Using SPSS20.0statistical software of patients with clinical symptoms(abdominal pain,lumbosacral pain,leucorrhea,emotions,urine,etc.),local signs,pelvic cavity effusion,local signs,blood rheology and so on carries on the Wilcoxon rank sum,t test and other statistical analysis.Results Through comprehensive integration of the two groups were compared with the observation group phased drug( decoction with Chinese medicine)Comprehensive therapeutic effect was 86.7%,in the control group were taking Chinese medicine therapeutic effect of 65%,indicating that observed for liver stagnation and spleen damp heat stasis Syndrome Patterns comprehensive set of effective that the control group(P=0.030<0.05).Observe the indicators,analysis two groups of patients in the pelvic cavity accumulates fluid, whole blood viscosity, TCM symptoms(abdominal pain, lumbosacral pain, leukorrhagia,diarrhea, fatigue, emotions), local signs(activity of uterus, adnexa area enlargement tenderness) index to improve the observation group better(P=0.036,0.008,0.038,0.034,0.031,0.039,0.040,0.006,0.041,0.039<0.05).Where in for lowering blood viscosity, improve the emotional aspect of the difference was highly significant(P<0.01),and the WBC, NEUT%, ESR, TCM symptoms(anorexia, menstrual blood volume, urine), local signs(uterine lamellar thickening, accessory bag piece)there was no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.673,0.803,0.266,0.533,0.422,0.476,0.762,0.646>0.05). Observation group to ameliorate whole blood viscosity, pelvic effusion, abdominal pain, leucorrhea,diarrhea, fatigue, emotion aspects of before and after comparision, the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000,0.005,0.009,0.000,0.003,0.002,0.004<0.01),the TCM symptoms(increased lumbosacral pain, abdominal pain, anorexia, and urine), local signs(uterine activity, adnexa area adds thick tenderness) index before and after treatment with differences(P=0.043,0.046,0.030,0.014,0.023,0.015 < 0.05),and routine blood test(the WBC,NEUT%),ESR, the TCM symptoms(menstrual quantity),local signs(uterine lamellar thickening, accessory bag piece) before and after treatment,there was no difference(P=0.073,0.536,0.350,0.312,0.231,0.152).Control group in pelvic effusion, the TCM symptoms(abdominal pain, leucorrhea, urine),local signs(uterine activity) index before and after treatment with differences(P=0.019,0.033,0.008,0.019,0.039), and the WBC, NEUT%, ESR, the TCM symptoms(Lumbosacral pain, aggravated abdominal pain, anorexia,menstruation, diarrhea, fatigue, emotions), local signs(adnexa area adds thick tenderness,uterine lamellar thickening, accessory bag piece) before and after treatment,there was no difference(P=0.970,0.290,0.204,0.481,0.066,0.119,0.527,0.088,0.110,0.067,0.059,0.142,0.09> 0.05).Conclusion Two groups of treatment in improving the change liver depression,spleen deficiency and dampness-hot blood stasis type CPID patients symptoms and improve hemorrheology and local signs of traditional Chinese medicine, etc, all have certain curative effect,Herbal medicine and TCM group coordination treatment not only can significantly reduce lower abdominal pain, lumbosacral pain and other associated symptoms the promotion of improvement,but also improve pelvic congestion state,enhance the absorption of fluid,to eliminate or mitigate the uterus,abnormal signs attachment area. |
