With the demand for health care improving,general practitioners as the key figuresas that provide general medical services to resident,playing a quite important role in today's basic health care system.Now,the quantity and quality of general practitioners are,of course,a key issue in improving basic medical services.Because the introduction time of general practitioner system in China is not long,and the related policies and systems is not perfect.Now,general practitioners in China has big gap with foreign GP,whatever in position or in treatment,which will undoubtedly reduce attractive force of community hospital to GP,and reduce the job satisfaction of GP.Based on the trend of public hospital compensation reform and facing the current opportunities and challenges,it is necessary to reform the community hospital GP salary system,salary system based on competency model can better meet the internal demand of GPS,and effective encourage GP to enhance their own ability,Perfecting the basic medical service of community hospital.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out the research on salary system based on the competency of GP in Shanghai community.This paper summarizes the relevant theoretical research of GP,competency model and salary system,and through the analysis of the status quo of the community general practitioner salary system,can get current problem of the salary system;Secondly,through literature research,interviews and questionnaire survey methods,we get the dimensions and factors of general practitioners competency.Through the factor analysis,the competency factor classified into five main factors: community basic medical service capacity,public health service ability,humanistic practice ability,information management ability,education and learning ability.Through the analysis of the survey data,the weight of each factor was obtained,and then the competency model of general practitioners in Shanghai community was constructed;After that,establish competency assessment for GP based on the competency model of GP and its' total value,so that can give it grade,and design broadband salary,and link competency value with salary to division of general practitioner competency compensation.And construct the new salary system based on competency;Finally,combined with the research results,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote and improve the competency salary system of GP.
