Study On The Antiviral Effect Of Gentian Xiegan Formula Granules On Genital Herpes Model Mice

Objective: This project uses female mice as a model,starting from the immune indicators and lymphocyte apoptosis in female mice with genital herpes(GH),combined with local skin lesion scores in mice,and aims to study the treatment of Longdanxiegan formula granules antiviral effect of GH.Methods: Select 100 female mice(excluded from genital herpes virus infection)for experiment.Twenty normal mice were randomly selected and included in Group E as the normal control group,with free diet and water.The remaining mice were used to construct a genital herpes model.After the model was successfully established,80 genital herpes model mice were randomly selected and divided into 4 groups: 20 mice in each group.The medium and low-dose groups were given 15g/kg,10g/kg,and5g/kg Longdanxiegan formula granule respectively;group D was acyclovir positive control group,and 25mg/kg acyclovir tablets were given;Chinese medicine Used with western medicine twice a day for 7 days;Use Kern's scoring method to calculate the local skin lesion scores of genital herpes model mice before and after administration to judge the degree of local skin lesion healing,observe the morphological changes of lymphocytes in genital herpes model mice before and after administration and use enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay the changes of IL6,IL8,IL10 and IL12 in the plasma of genital herpes model mice before and after administration were measured.Results: The skin lesion scores of genital herpes model mice all decreased after treatment(P<0.05).The skin lesion scores of Longdanxiegan formula granules B group were the lowest compared with other treatment groups(P<0.05);The apoptosis of lymphocytes decreased after the Longdanxiegan formula granules;the levels of IL6,IL10,and IL12 in the plasma of genital herpes model mice were lower than those of normal control mice(P<0.05).After taking the drug,the levels of IL6,IL10,and IL12 in the plasma of each genital herpes model mouse group were increased and there were differences between the three groups of Longdanxiegan formula granules A,B,and C(P<0.05).Conclusion: Taking Longdanxiegan formula granules can promote the healing of skin lesions in genital herpes model mice,maintain the immune balance in genital herpes model mice,and effectively exert the anti-genital herpes virus effect.
