Clinical Observation On Jianpi Runzao Tongluo Decoction In Treating Primary Sjogren's Syndrome With Spleen Deficiency And Collateral Obstruction

This article is mainly divided into two parts:theoretical research and clinical research.Theoretical research is based on a systematic review and analysis of the primary Sjogren's syndrome(pSS)through literature review.The clinical study observes the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Runzao Tongluo Decoction on Sjogren's syndrome with spleen deficiency and collateral obstruction,to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Jianpi Runzao Tongluo Decoction in treating pSS.Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Runzao Tongluo Decoction on pSS with spleen deficiency and collateral obstruction,in order to objectively evaluate its effectiveness and safety in the treatment of pSS.Methods:Sixty patients with pSS were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases each.The treatment group was given Jianpi Rumzao Tongluo Decoction and the control group was given Hydroxychloroquine.The treatment source was 12 weeks.The changes in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,EULAR Sjogren's Syndrome Patient Reported Index(ESSPRI),EULAR Sjogren's syndrome disease activity index(ESSDAI),saliva flow rate,tears flow rate,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP),immunoglobulin G(IgG),complement 3(C3),complement 4(C4)in the two groups were observed before and after treatment,adverse reactions were also observed.Results:The included cases did not fall off,all 60 patients completed the trial.The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.0%,which was higher than 43.3%in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,dry mouth,dry eyes,fatigue,joint muscle pain,anorexia,abdominal distension,irregular stool,weight loss and total score in the treatment group all significantly improved compared with that before the treatment(P<0.01).The treatment group was remarkably superior to the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05)except the dry eyes score.Compared with efficacy indexes of Western Medicine,the ESSPRI in the treatment group after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.01).Saliva flow rate and tears flow rate in the treatment group significantly improved after treatment(P<0.01),and were superior to the control group(P<0.05).Compared with laboratory indicators,IgG in the treatment group after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01),there was no significant difference compared with the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Runzao Tongluo Decoction can improve the symptoms,saliva flow rate,tears flow rate and IgG of pSS patients with spleen deficiency and collateral obstructiony,and there are no obvious adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical application.
