The Clinical Research Of Gubi Decoction To Intervene Osteoporosis Patients Of Kidney Deficiency And Collateral Obstruction Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Gubi Decoction in the treatment of Osteoporosis with Kidney Deficiency and Collateral Obstruction Syndrome,and to provide evidence-based medical evidence for the clinical promotion of the treatment of Osteoporosis with Kidney deficiency and Collateral Obstruction Syndrome.Methods:60 cases of Osteoporosis patients with Kidney Deficiency and Collateral Obstruction Syndrome were selected from the department of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,from December,2017 to December,2018,in accordance with the random number table,were divided into two groups.30 cases in control group were given the standardized treatment(diet,exercise,hypolycemic)and alfacalcidol.On the basis of the standardized treatment,the treatment group was given the addition and subtraction of Gubi Decoction.The two groups were treated for 3 months.During the treatment,other drugs or health products that might affect bone metabolism were stopped.The levels effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptoms,as well as the bone biochemical markers of patients(Ca?P?OC?CTX)in the two groups were investigated before and after the intervention.Meanwhile,the serum calcium,Serum phosphorus and the Liver and Kidney function were examined before and after the treatment to evaluate the drug safety.Results:1.Comprehensive effect:the total effective rate was 93.33%in the treatment group and 66.67%in the control group,while the curative effect in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).2.The aspect of TCM syndromes:the treatment group was superior to the control group in relieving the back pain,soreness and weakness,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05).It also had obvious improving action on such secondary symptoms as weight-bearing and convulsion of lower limb muscle comparing to the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).3.VAS pain score:After treatment,the VAS scores in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01),and the treatment group showed a higher therapeutic effect on the improvement of the VAS scores(P<0.01).4.Bone metabolic markers:At the end of the treatment,by comparison,both groups had the effect of increasing osteocalcin production and decreasing CTX(P<0.01).On the other hand,there was no statistical difference in regulating calcium and phosphorus metabolism and bone turnover index between the two groups(P>0.05).5.Adverse reactions:During the researching time,no complications such as fracture and hypercalcemia occurred in both groups,and no obvious adverse reactions were observed.Conclusion:Gubi Decoction is effective in treating Osteoporosis with Kidney Deficiency and Collateral Obstruction syndrome.It can significantly relieve the pain symptoms of patients,and at the same time improve the bone metabolism index to a certain extent.It is worthy of clinical application.
