Objective: Sjogren's syndrome is a chronic autoimmune disease. The incidence has gradually increased in recent years. It has become the most common immune disease in addition to rheumatoid arthritis, because no specific drug has been developed for the treatment of xerophilic syndrome. The patient suffers from dry mouth and dry eye symptoms all the year round, seriously affecting the quality of life. The main purpose of this study is to use traditional Chinese medicine to make up for the lack of Western medicine to improve dry symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients with Sjogren's syndrome.Through the observation of Zengye Runzao Decoction on the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome, and the comparison of related laboratory tests before and after treatment with this prescription, the efficacy and potential of this prescription for primary dryness synthesis were discussed. The mechanism of action. And through comparison with oral total glucosides of peony,it shows the advantages of TCM in the treatment of primary Sjogren's syndrome, expands the treatment of the disease, and further guide clinical medication.Method: Sixty patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Zengye Runzao Decoction,a single Chinese medicine granule was used in the pharmacy of the first affiliated Hospital of Henan traditional Chinese Medicine. One dose per day,it was taken twice in the morning and evening,150 ml / time. The control group was given total glucosides of radix paemina0.6 g/time,3 times per day. Both groups took 3 months as a course of treatment and treated for 1 course of treatment.Observe the comprehensive efficacy of the two groups of patients after 3 months, and compare the curative effect of the two groups by observing the laboratory examination indexes before and after treatment. Results: In the treatment group,30 cases were markedly effective in 15 cases, clinicalcontrol was 0 cases, effective in 13 cases, and ineffective in 2 cases. The total effective rate was 93.33%.while in the control group,30 cases were markedly effective in 0cases,clinical control was 0 cases, effective in 19 cases, and ineffective in 11 cases. The total effective rate was 63.33%.The results of the analysis showed that the total effective rate of clinical efficacy was significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05);before and after treatment, the scores of TCM symptoms,ESR,CRP,IgG,tear secretion, and salivary flow rate were significantly different between the two groups.Statistical significance. There was no adverse reaction in the treatment group during the trial, and there were 3 cases of diarrhea in the control group. Before the trial,it was found that there were one cases of low white blood cell counts in the treatment group, and the white blood cell counts returned to normal after treatment. Before and after the trial, there were no obvious abnormalities in the AST,ALT,BUN,Cr in the two groups. Conclusion: The results of the current trial show that Zengque Runzao Decoction improves the gland secretory function of patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome, relieves the clinical symptoms of dryness, and reduces the effects of ESR,CRP,and IgG in patients. Its efficacy and safety are better than Total glucoside capsules, but due to the relatively small number of cases observed in this study and the shorter time, large sample tests and long-term clinical observations are still needed to further verify.
