Clinical Observation Of Jianpi Bushen Decoction Combined With Tripterygium Wilfordii Polyglycoside On Treatment Of Primary Nephrotic Syndrome Patients With Spleen Kidney Qi Deficiency

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of self-made Jianpi Bushen Decoction combined with Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets in the treatment of prima--ry nephrotic syndrome patients with spleen and kidney qi deficiency.To provide a m--ore effective and safe treatment for clinical treatment of PNS.Methods:60 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome were selected according to the inclusion criteria.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control grou--p,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Tripterygium wilfordiipoly glycoside tablets and symptomatic support therapy.The treatment group was treate--d with Jianpi Bushen Decoction on the basis of Tripterygium Wilfordii and symptom atic treatment.Both treatments lasted for 12 weeks.To observe the changes of TCM s--yndrome and related laboratory indexes(such as 24h urine protein,plasma albumin,ch-olesterol,triglyceride,serum creatinine)before and after treatment and record the adverse reactions during treatment.Results:1.Comparison of clinical efficacy:After 12 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was up to 90%,while the control group was 76.67%.The effective ra--te of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.2.Comparison of the efficacy of TCM Syndrome:The total effective rate of the treat--ment group was 93.33%,while the control group was 76.67%.The treatment group w--as superior to the control group in improving the clinical symptoms of TCM,and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptoms of the treatment group w--ere significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05),and showed more significant resultsthan the control group in fatigue,edema,lumbago,anorexia,loose stools(P<0.05).3.Observation of clinical laboratory indexes:After treatment,the 24h urine protein(24h-Upr),plasma albumin(ALB),cholesterol(CHO)and triglyceride(TG)in the treatment group were significantly improved(P<0.05),and were superior to those of the control group(P<0.05).The serum creatinine(Scr)of the treatment group decreased significa--nt(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference compared with the control group(P>0.05).4.Observation of safety index:During treatment,the treatment group showed only 1 ca--es of elevated transaminase and 2 cases of menstrual disorders.There was no gastroi--ntestinal discomfort,aleucocytosis,erythra,ECG abnormality in the treatment group.No serious adverse reactions were found after symptomatic treatment.Conclusion:Jianpi Bushen Decoction combined with Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosi de can improve the clinical symptoms of PNS,reduce urinary protein,increase serum albumin,improve hyperlipidemia and protect renal function.The efficacy is exact and no obvious adverse reactions were found.The treatment is economical,safe and effecti－-ve.It is easy to accept and worthy of clinical promotion.
